  • In this video we walk through the layout and functionality of the Sphere Eclipse C vintage analog console. This rare console, which currently lives in No Fun Club Studio A, is one of only a handful ever made. It was originally commissioned for the "Best Audio Remote Truck" in Hollywood California, where it was used for broadcast.

Good recent examples would be the latest Deerhoof, Matt Foster and Tunic releases. Check out Burnstick’s new album too (Drums And bass) tracked on it. Really no compromises aside from less ch’s compared to our Neve. I’d even be so bold to say I prefer it’s pres/eqs for most modern music as well.. incredible console

This would be an awesome video if you actually got to hear stuff - like the EQs, the Fairchild and the Spectrasonics - before just moving on after a few microseconds.

Hey! I made this video mostly to show engineers coming into the studio how this console works. Can definitely make another one that highlights the way the EQ's sound. thanks for the feedback

I ended up making a video which focuses more on the sound of the EQ th-cam.com/video/JaauM1a2S8I/w-d-xo.html
