Man after my own heart. Been making my own for nearly 30 years and it's a tricky skill but I love doing it. Good to see a company thinking ahead and involving people with a passion for their job. Well done Mick and all the guru team.

As far as pole float patterns go the best thing you can do is find a few patterns of float choices that are going to cover you for the majority of your fishing that actually behave properly (ideally keep being dragged under lol 😂) give the side eye a whip with something called fire line and give it a coat as hard as nails and believe me your float will be strong and dandy,!.
My old man called Mick a while ago and that's why his floats have not arrived yet as they will probably be Guru ones, never the less Guru have put a few very well made products on the market and wish the team all the success in the float market 👍

Hi Guru purchased three of these floats this morning all 0.75grm one wire stem one carbon stem and its a fibre stem its white in colour.. they look and feel quality floats,, next question are you going to bring out a pole soon and if so a full take apart 7m or 8m.

Hi guys ,, just had to tell you i recently purchased some Guru floats i.e. the Mick Wilkinson range,, the 0.75g with the yellow top and pear shaped model the yellow top part came off just to let you know if you need to check your glue,, but I'm that unlucky guy that always gets the faulty item,,, lol, I've glued it back on with UHU glue just hope that glue is up to the job of holding it in place

Nice film, good to see them creating jobs by making quality products. Time will tell regarding the quality but I’ll certainly give them a try.

I find it kind of annoying that I can't find anywhere the complete set in the box like the ones shown on this video. Been searching for a while now to no avail...

*These are easy to use and highly visible **enjoyable.fishing** recommend they are extremely valuable for going from a dead drift set up to a float setup. They save time and you don't have to re-tie everything to add a float to your presentation.*

Nice video.. well made but definitely made with the intention of inflating it's own worth . At the end of the day the best float for pole fishing is NO float and exactly why it's banned in most competition's...kudos for creating employment but found this video a bit too much like gilding the Lilly.
