i got an ibiza fr red edition it’s 1.2L 0-60 8.8s, my first year driving it cost £1500 to insure with a blackbox, it would be like £2800 without one i think next years will be like £800 with blackbox or £1500 without so i’ll probs take it off, ideal first car if u don’t mind the blackbox first year, car cost £6500 in 2021
my costs are about 1000 euro / year which includes (tax, obligatory insurance, optional full coverage insurance, service - oil change, tire change twice a year from winder to summer and summer to winter, vignette) + gas which is about 50 euro / month so total around 1700 euro / year everything included
Yeah I get that, but still don't see how this car can be classed in the same bracket as an i30N but also the same as a Toyota Aygo. It's just a little thing I rant about all the time haha
Liking at getting a new ibiza FR, possibly the sport. With the 18's would it pay to run 225 40 tyres as they seem to be cheaper as more poplualr a tyre. Ps already looking at the dynamic indicators for the mirrors and armrest, amd haven't even ordered it yet.
@@SplodgeMotors cheers man. Car looks amazing by the way. Test driving a 115 sport today, then if I like, pick it up week or 2 later. Doubt I'll spacer it, but also means if you used 225s on your 18s, I've saved you some money lol

My 1.2 fr only gets 35-39mpg because of where I live just constantly up and down steep hills there’s no flat roads haha
Yeah the type of driving obviously makes a huge difference
@@SplodgeMotors big time mate gets down to 28-29 if ya really bootin it
