Vegan Strawberry cake: inspired by Nora Cooks. This is a multi-step recipe, but a very good one. I was on my way out of the house when I decided to make this. "IT WAS A FLOP", I did alter the recipe slightly, so the "flop" is probably on me and not Nora Cooks. I also was in a rush. Even though this did not turn out as expected, the end result was very good. Because I did not have my desired result, I will link Nora's original recipe here.
