I cant wait to make this for my wife and then later this month for Thanksgiving. Ive always wanted to try new seasonings....they are new to me 😅 Thank you for making this video ma'am and God bless you and your family.
Hon, if you want to shred a soft cheese (by hand or with food processor) just freeze it, or get it close as possible to freezing. It won't be all gummy sticky and much easier to work with! Love y'all!

I just love your videos so much. You and I make our Mac and cheese so similarly, so I know I’m doing something right. 😎 Regarding stovetop Mac and cheese: I think it depends on the occasion. For a big feast, baked is the ONLY way to go. But for like a quick late night creamy pasta or something old school Italian, I like to make fettuccine Alfredo (you can do it without cream for the lactose intolerant people!) or Cacio e Pepe. They got the main elements - pasta and cheese - but they’re fast and actually don’t stand up to baking, so they’re a good stove top option! Just sharing from my Italian kitchen to your southern kitchen. ❤ Keep up the EXCELLENT work, Camirra!
Good video. Stove top mac n cheese is for weeknight meals for kids along with sliced hot dogs in it, a low-budget casserole. 😂😂 For the Thanksgiving and Christmas, oven baked is almost mandatory 😊😊. Might have to call the food police on a person for serving stove top mac n cheese during the holidays! 😂😂😅😅
No lies detected! With our bunch, Kraft at Thanksgiving would be like Stove Top dressing next to the pork on New Year's Day. There'd be a whole lotta "um-huh", as they signed you up for cup duty come Easter. 😊
Hi. From London. I make macaroni cheese with a bechamal sauce with garlic then add cheese cheddar. I think we use less cheese in the uk for a healthier version. I top mine with breadcrumbs tossed in olive oil and seasoning with paprika. Delicious

Stove top mac and cheese vs baked is definitely family to family. Thanksgiving is very different when we do it with my wife's family vs my own. Not bad just different. The mac and cheese is one of the big ones. My family it's always baked. Her's it's stovetop almost always. They won't complain about a baked one. One year I baked one and they enjoyed it. They just don't tend to bake it if someone else makes it.
Hey Camirra 🤗 Cavatappi mac & cheese all day sis. I like your selection of cheeses. I don’t do the same thing every time I make it. Velveeta 🤔 I don’t hate it but my Mom nor Grandma used it so I don’t.
same. my mom didnt but it has a pronounced taste to me. also, its the same price per pound as Cabot and Tillamook cheese. i have no clue why this cost as much as the good brand cheese.
@ People are using it more because its an ‘easy cheese’…no effort to cut it, no effort to melt it. The taste ain’t right to me neither. Maybe too processed shoulder 🤷🏾♀️.

Try smoked gouda instead of the plain gouda sometimes. While I use it, pre shredded cheese contains cellulose (a type of wood plant fiber) that manufacturers use to keep the cheese more separated
