Your sauce looks creamy and fluffy, like a cheese cloud lol.🥰 I love the flavor boursin adds to cheese sauce. I mix it into my alfredo sauce and I've added it to scalloped potatoes. Too good.😊

I've never thought of using the Boursin in my mac and cheese dish. I think I will make a small pan with the Boursin in it just in case, and to try it on the Mister..LOL! Thank you for sharing! Yes, I used 2 eggs today like my mom used to, and I regret it. It was still very good, but it wasn't creamy despite the 2 cans of evaporated milk, whole milk, and cream cheese. The eggs just completely remove any creaminess. I will be removing the eggs for Christmas. Some people don't like loose/creamy mac, but I LOVE it. I like a crust at the top, but creaminess underneath. I want mine to look like Ms. Chris's.

OMG this is exactly how I make my Mac and cheese but I add Muenster cheese and I don’t use Morton seasoning but lawry’s.

Im foolin with it. No eggs. Im all in. Never in my life used egg in my mac, dressing or sweet potato pie. I don't like how it stiffens up the dish.
