The 2008 TDK playline (which the figure you show is a part of) had a stylized Joker that was loosely based around the film's Joker design but wasn't meant to directly resemble Heath Ledger, I assume because Mattel considered his film appearance to be too frightening for the kiddies. The more collector focused Movie Masters line had several Jokers where an actual attempt was made to capture Heath Ledger's likeness to varying degrees of success.
Ahhhhh I did not know this!!! I always wondered why he looked like that for the most part on every figure except movie masters. Now it all makes sense! Thanks for sharing!
As with their The Flash movie Batman…Another great figure too… On the Batman’s bottom soles of the boots… And se a glue gun and metal black adhesive to fill in the gaps…
No way! I never thought they'd do a TDK line. See, Spin Master gets it, kids deserve quality articulated toys (and so do I lol).
This is cool and was a must buy for me when these type of original toys came out for the dark knight I was 7

Amazing how well articulated and sturdy these are compared to the over priced 7 inch offerings from Hasbro and McFarlane with stiff joints.
