Great review! I actually just purchased this yesterday at Bargain Hunt retail store here in Morehead, KY for $100! Brand new never been opened. As soon as I saw it and also a Collector of Batman collectibles I knew it was a must to add to the rest of my Batman collectibles. Also the ‘89 Batman with Michael Keeton and Batman Returns were great movies for that time and era and still today many people Including myself still love them. I won’t be opening my limited edition rc Batmobile as I don’t open some of the more costlier things I collect. Thanks for the review so I could actually see what all it does when taken out and setup.
Thanks and congratulations on adding this awesome Batmobile to your Batmobile collection. So many cool features that come in this one and it is now a definite highlight in my overall Batmobile collection. The 89 Batmobile remains a fan-favorite for good reason and I totally agree with you about those first two movies. Thanks again for watching!
Today mine arrived, i was mind blown by this products quality , I related spin master with lesser quality ( more for kids) toys . This one the other hand , feels premium, I agree that only thing missing is the machine gun sounds, but still, this is my one and only Batmobile in my collection, and I am very happy with my purchases even though i payed above the msrp.
It’s sad we’re not getting good Batman movies like the one from 1989. The whole “look” of that movie was different. Everything was black, they just altered the sheen - Batmobile was semi-gloss, certain items like the controls in the Batwing were completely flat…very well done! I don’t think even Tim Burton understood why the movie was so unique. Great video, great model!
One of the best smile inducing reviews I’ve ever seen! That action sequence is trailer worthy for this item! Utterly phenomenal reviewing ability! 11/10!
Great review as always Richard!! Such a stunning little collectible and I love all the features!!! Details look on point too. A must for 89 fans! Thanks for sharing
Nice review. I had this but the smoke generator stopped working after 2 days so I returned it for a refund. So I'm a bit gun shy to buy a 2nd one. Hope yours works great for a real long time.
I had a problem with the remote the first time I actually drove it around good. One of the joysticks got stuck and I forced it and it was super loose and unusable. I returned mine too. It was cool while it lasted, but no need to buy another.
@@tigerclaw4537 Thank you so much! I say this on almost all of my comment sections but I wish I had the time to make videos more frequently. Thanks for watching!
That's an awesome batmobile! I do have the jada toys way before I knew about jada. I saw it at my local comic book shop and I couldn't pass it up. Other than that I my collection is mostly 1/12 and 1/10 scale figs, and I got the two versions from Mcfarlane.
That's collectable. You know, I'm still buying Eaglemoss batmobiles, some duplicates, some I never got around to till now, like Legends of the Dark Knight #198. The last haul was Automobilia's #1 through #4, with 2 of them still fully sealed in their bags and #1 & #2 still blister-packed and all 4 magazines, all for total £20 price (GBP). Such a shame Eaglemoss went bankrupt. This series and the Bond cars were two classic runs with maximum value for money.
Sculpt of standard and r/c are completely different (only identical because they represent the same real life car), but they are completely independently sculpted cars if you look carefully…I thought they might use the same basic molds with only superficial changes, but they are differently made from the ground up it seems.
I was just watching Todd McFarlane 1989 Batman and Batmobile that doesn't do 💩 and is the same exact toy mold from the original 1989 toy line and this RC kick's Todd's versions ass by many miles!
I'm about to order the R/C version. I had the $20 version and it sucked. No flip up guns, etc. What I'd like to know is, can this fit the 2013 Batman 89 Batman figure? Spin master just released their 1992 Batman Returns Batman figure in a similar scale. I just need to know what other people have said.
Too late. My impulse got the best of me. I'll either open it and see if it even fits the figures first and if it doesn't I'm returning the item to amazon. If it does I'll just review it on my channel. I'm assuming it's scaled down but might retain the compartment size to get the 2013 Batman 89 figure in it but that barely fit as well.
You just need a 6-10 foot female to male USB extension and then plug it into a powered USB hub or power strip with USB plugs next to the electrical plugs.
Oh no! I’m not sure how to fix it without knowing exactly what’s wrong with the inside of the base. Maybe go to the Spin Master site and explain the problem? I was considering doing that because one of the turrets on mine will not pop out half the time now. Not sure what’s wrong but it’s almost like something is getting it stuck on the inside.
@@LuciusFoxCar idk if I still can bc I took it apart myself. When I looked inside it looked like there was some corrosion on the wires. Maybe that's it? Idk, but I'll have to buy a new one 😢

It's been a long time. I've been waiting for your review!
Man, I haven't owned a Batmobile since the OG Kenner Days with the Command Centre. As a Keaton boy, I might just have to make this one my "Return".
Dam that is cool and bloody awesome video with running over everyone well put together
Damn nice review! Loved the action scenes :D
Excelente video, mucha nostalgia con ese vehículo, lo vamos a comprar.
I need this in my life!!!! 😮
Excellent review, thank you 🙏

@@floydforthought9998 that really stinks. I never did get another one. Spinmaster needs better quality control.
Very good review! Could you tell me how big this batmobile is ? And are the front lights yellow or orange?
You did a great job on making this video bro. Kudo's to ya

Excellent review and great voice, your not talking through your nose like someone we all know well.... Lol....
