Oily dehydrated skin is one of the trickiest skin conditions to deal with as gel moisturizers won’t be enough for you and heavy ones can clog your pores.
In today’s video, I am sharing my personal tips for managing oily dehydrated skin along with product recommendations.

I feel my skin around my mouth dehydrate the most even if I wash with plain water (ph is 6 approx)

Aveeno daily moisturising lotion is a great option for oily and dehydrated skin as well.. It feels so hydrating yet non greasy.. I know a lot of people think its a body lotion, but please do give it a try for ur face.. Dr shashi shokeen uses it on her face with tretinoin.. Its really good ❤
I have tried it on my face as well and it works well during winters but can't use it during summers 🙊

Clinique 72hrs moisturizer also works great for dehydration...I used it for 1 week without any toner or essence....and my dehydration problem was gone completely
But it's costly 😔😔
@@durgadamodar8114 agreed..but I think with that moisturizer we don't need any hydrating toner essence or serum..just a personal choice
I have used Clinique in the past and I do love it, have you tired the new 100 Hr hydrator?

@@skinoreal7327 yes..but new formula didn't suit my skin..I think fermented aloe vera is reason.. m allergic to aloe vera

Throwback to me smearing benzoyl peroxide to get rid of my acne which was actually caused by dehydration 🥲.
Even i thought i had a v oily skin..went to a dermatologist for skin assessment this year..turned out to be extremely dehydrated skin🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦

I had very dry skin but didn’t wash my face for 2 weeks not even with water (no moisture therapy) and now my face has gotten very greasy and also very dark. I fear that this is permanent 😢

Illiyoon cream and etude house r the cheapest.. There is alot more Korean ceramide brands like Holika, Aestura & etc.. and I think skintific (Canadian brand) is quite good too

Idk if I have dehydrated or combo skin. I washed my face, waited 2 hours. It felt tight and dry but then I did blotting paper test and my nose was oily and I have sebastious filaments. My whole t zone isnt oily its mostly my nose and my chin has white stuff on it too which I think is white heads. What skin type do you think I have?
Oily, dry etc are more like skin conditions and not types and I think you are referring to sebaceous filaments on your nose. Now from what you have explained, it looks like you could have dehydrated skin.

I have oily dehydrated skin with acne specially whiteheads. If I use a cleanser for acne it will dry out my skin but if I don't I'll get acne. Do you have any product recommendations? Are BHA and AHA too strong?

I usually had dry skin but a while ago I did no moisture therapy meaning I didn’t wash my face at all not even with water for 2 weeks and now my face is very greasy and oily. It feels so disgusting and makes me feel uncomfortable 24/7. Oh and my face is also much darker now than the rest of my body I believe the greasiness has to do with it.
I desperately want to get my old dry skin back. Would using an anti acne cleaner help me ?

@@TechXperts9 honestly a cleanser won't do that, if you are suffering from acne and clogged pores, you need an entire routine + acne treatments to target the same.

hi do u recommed i start double cleansing with an balm cleanser? i use sunscreen but not makeup (im a male). would this help with dehydration?
Yes you can but cleansing balm won't address the dehydration issue in the skin

Hi pls tell hw to get rid of pigmentation and dark brown spots i m following gud diet and exercise using niacinamide but getting no results.
it really depends upon the kind of pigmentation you have, usually a routine with ascorbic acid, vitamin A + religious sun protection should help.
