@@JackGorton1960s I think it's the opposite really, compared to the alternative: A driven actual hunt. I suspect one of the reasons for why this doesn't exist in the US is because land is much more plentiful, where as in the UK owning huntable land of a large size is very, very expensive, and therefore paying for hunts is also. In the US, the density of hunters is a lot lower, and the price of land much much lower, that simulation would be too costly in comparison to actual hunts.
Absolutely stunning shooting grounds- and simulated game shooting at its finest !!!!! Fabulous video- great work !!! Nothing beats a day of shooting with super great friends.
Sim day are great days out with mates. I think I will be inquiring on the prices of a day there as it looking very nice. Great video TGS Good to see Lloyd with you guys 👍
Great video Jonny & Sasha and it looked like Ant put on an amazing day 👏 Bit gutted Downlands is no longer a Pheasant Shoot and there’ll be no more Beater’s Day film tho 😢
Great shoot. Well done Ant and good luck on your new adventure. Jonnie looked like a lot of fun. Well done Lloyd on the high bird. And Sash way to go 1 for 1. What’s all the fuss about. 😂😂
I've done a couple of sim days and although it feels great to blow through box after box of cartridges in the countryside, in the sun, it does get a bit tedious and it's nothing like the real thing. This looks like actual simulated birds on a driven game day - a day I feel like I could enjoy the last shot as much as the first.
Great looking day made even better by the lads at TGS Outdoors. Lloyd was telling me he beat Jonny Carter. He didn't say how convincingly. 😂 Looking forward to seeing you guys on Thursday.
Try the sim day at the thistleton shoot (nr Rutland) those guys can give you all the pointers on hospitality you’ll ever need Looks like a great day out Good luck Ant 🎉
Great production as always, yet after watching, I can’t help but wonder and frankly it begs the question, how much lead do you give an unladen swallow? 🤔😉
Where can we go to get info on prices and how to book? As a TGS local, I'd be keen on a day given this is also in Hampshire - looks like an epic day out!
Gorgeous site, and looks like it will compete with the country's best venues. I'd bet this would win awards in both game and clay. Ant, I look forward to shooting on your site hopefully soon! Rural rally driven clays? 😇😂
That day seems like it would be a dream. Incredible
When Ant said, “We’ve got the best in the business here today,” I half expected him to finish with, “and Jonny”. 😁
He's got the finest ammunition, gun, eye wear on the market...and he's 2' closer to the target.🤣🤣🤣
hahaha
A great looking venue, great looking targets and a great looking day out .
Brilliant film and hope Ant has lots of success with Downlands👍🏻. Thanks for sharing
Looks like an amazing sim day. You were very well looked after with a great bunch of people. Perfect
Great job filming and it looks like it was a great day. Looking forward to seeing more of this type of day.
Awesome production, guys! And what a venue. 👏🏻
Well done to Ant and his team that looked one hell of a fun day .fantastic video very entertaining👏
👏 they did a great job
Can't wait to find out who won the High Bird Challenge.
Epic Troll good sir. 😂
I heard he is the best shot in the world
@@tgsoutdoors must be to beat the mighty Jonny Carter.
Can't wait to find out who surprised you all with a left handed Browning 🤣
I truly wish we had these types of shoots here in the US. Great video fellas!
You must have cash falling out of your pockets

PS I’ve just become a member so YES to the TGS Day at Downlands 😂
That place looks amazing. Can you do a series on the top places to go shoot clays in the UK for visiting shooters?
Top 10 clay grounds in the U.K. kind of video?
@tgsoutdoors Yeah that would be great!
What a wonderful looking estate,.
Great viewing. The kind that makes you wish you were there
Yes to a TGS day at downlands
Excellent view for a miserable Monday 😁

Looks like a lot of fun! Looks like Tim kept you on your toes
Wow that looks awesome 👌.
Just amazing. What fun.
Brings back memories of shooting years ago. Just missing the smell of wet gundogs and a pile of game birds! Looks like a great day out I have to say.
Really enjoyed it , looks an amazing place to shoot . and fun as well . great vid as all ways
Cracking video and some brilliant footage of a stunning looking location. Looks like the ultimate sim day.
Glad you enjoyed it, we certainly did!

We need more videos with Lloyd!
I couldnt agree more :)
Great video, you are a good sport. I don’t believe that guy ejecting shells at me would have been smiling very long.

I didn't want to brag...
Given that I live and shoot in France and only DTL I have no idea what was going on here at all, but it looked like a great day out.
I’d love to do this, looks fun, amazing video to 👍🏻
Does anyone know when this will be open for all to book ??
Awesome !!
That looks amazing! From the drives to the food. What prices are we looking at for one of these sim days there?
very diverse group of people in these videos.
Great video once again mate 👌🏼👌🏼
Amazing shoot!
Try the sim day at the thistleton shoot (nr Rutland) those guys can give you all the pointers on hospitality you’ll ever need
Looks like a great day out
Good luck Ant 🎉
And cheaper as well.
Awesome
What a unique experience that would’ve been and thanks for taking along with you.
How do they avoid shooters getting hit with falling clays
Wonderful! Now, how do us common folks get to go to this place?
Work hard and spend wisely 😂👍

@@tgsoutdoors I feel like a fool I missed that 🤦🏻♂️ thanks!
Well done Sash. 😂
Great video and channel. What chokes did you use?
You should fly an American (Chuck Baker, hopefully) over to the UK to do some stuff like this or some real game hunts.
In America we do this in our backyards
And the streets are paved with cheese
How do you book sim days here?
John, what was the guy shooting next to you?
Why was the first shot censored?
I would have the Duster....
How can we shoot here on a sim day, it looks epic
Drop them an enquiry through the website and when dates start to become available im Sure they will let you know
Fun
Gorgeous site, and looks like it will compete with the country's best venues. I'd bet this would win awards in both game and clay.
Ant, I look forward to shooting on your site hopefully soon!
Rural rally driven clays? 😇😂
Alcohol and firearms?
A bit posh, but looked like a blast, and quite nimbly filmed!
Does that Peroni help you shoot around the trees? ;-)
It's not game shooting and it's not a clay shoot!
It's a an expensive waste of time.
Having fun is not a waste of time, man.
You sound like a barrel of fun!!!
