@tobarrr this is actually the end of lunar music suite, where he does the dragon thingy, it was taken from a germany live performance, if you want the beginning of lunar music suite just search for " Steve Hillage Live 1977 Part 2 of 3" from there you can get to part 1 and part 3( part 3 is this basically) and watch the whole thing :)
