I've been watching the construction videos all this time but wasn't really grasping the reality of how truly big this place is going to be. It truly is EPIC!
Had trouble picturing these sizes in terms of usable space for an amusement park, so looking up the sizes of disney's indivisual parks helped tremendously. - Magic Kingdom: 142 acres - Disney's Hollywood Studios: 154 acres - Epcot: 305 acres - Disney's Animal Kingdom: 580 acres So judging by this, the individual themed worlds are quite small, but i had to remind myself, these altogether form one park. And then you still have the OG Universal studios.
Talladega Superspeedway is larger than Daytona International Speedway 2.66 miles versus 2.5 miles for Daytona. Unless you mean the entire complex. IDK which is larger there but I would still think I'd be Talladgega. .
You are correct, Daytona is closer so I thought it was more relevant, by length technically COTA is longer at 3.4 miles than you have Road America too at 4.05
@adventuresaway maybe..... just maybe the public aren't smart enough to dictate proper relations anymore. Frivolous lawsuits need be squashed. As a shareholder of this company that's hurting big.... I don't give a rats ass about playing nice... I care about what's going to sell more tickets. An objective fold-up and downgrade doesn't get more people in the park.... who honestly gives a shit when they choose a vacation destination if the place they choose took the moral high road? Maybe a few piss-ass "influencers" but no real people
That's not how the law works. Just cause your bigger doesn't mean you win. If they own the copyright, then that's it. Comcast cannot fight it. Which is obvious since they gave in. Plus it would be a bad PR move to battle a children's education company. Much cheaper to just change the name. Solid business decision.

It really will be!
Great video! Loved your hard work, but I wish you’d use other Theme Park lands as size comparisons.
Maybe I will! Sounds like a great idea!
Not blowing up Brian nervous with Star Wars without it he’s brokenhearted

Agreed, this would have been the ideal comparison
I did compare the entirety of Epic Universe to other theme parks around the United States! Be sure to check that one out!

Super lame that they caved on the name for the dueling coaster..... they could've crushed starfall education with 1 finger in court over it
For sure is, but bad PR for Universal unfortunately so easier just to cut losses
