Bad news: if you freshly installed Win 10 in 2023, the disableantispyware key will keep getting deleted after about 24 hours causing Defender to restart, no matter what you do. The only way is to keep the "Real-time protection" toggle open on your desktop and to turn it off whenever windows is switching it to on. Be aware that regularly Windows will actually completely remove the "Real-time protection" window from your desktop, so remember to bring the window back and switch toggle to off
