The apartment is located in Moghioros Park Residence Complex, with 4 rooms. The solution was chosen to benefit from as much space as possible on the balcony, because of this all the 4 indoor units will be served by a single outdoor unit.

2 area motion detection sensor

Multi model application

I can’t express how EASY it was to install. This unit has been a life savior during the summer and some days during other seasons where it can still be a bit warm at night. In this small place is my friend, a husky, poodle mix and myself. We need AC - lolI don’t use the dehumidifier option - I’m not sure if it will leak in my house, since I did not install the small draining hose that came with it. May look into it late but I don’t worry about much humidity in the apartment. I don’t understand why the negative reviews since all things mentioned, I personally did not find issues with. Definitely worth it!
You can also add some poe oil on your flaring tool tip : it prevent your flare from micro scratches.

The installation of Outdoor unit is too close with Wall, should be larger in order to have enough space for air to flow. From Daikin manual should be more than 10 cm.
Multisplit can effect the cooling if all inputs run at the same time
How u do piping from out door unit to all five unit n there distance is not shown
How much power / ampere does it draw during de-icing? Seems like I have a problem on this phase as it draws about or more than 3,7 kw?!
You using solenoid valve or no this Ac
Tip: Look at the remote control, if it looks ordinary, it's an ordinary air conditioner, if it looks special, then it's a special air conditioner. Check Perfera vs Sensira, Panasonic Etherea's remote control, you will see.

Obviously you have 4 indoor units and 4 service valves on the outdoor units. When you vacuum do you connect the hoses of the gauge to only one service valve or all of them? Thanks
Hi, on these models, 3MXM, 4MXM, 5MXM, is a single service port, located at the bottom of the refnet header. In the video you can see it at 7:20

Yes, they can operate independently using two remote controls, but in the same mode of operation, either cooling or heating. One cannot be used for cooling and one for heating.

Is it completely normal if we mount the outdoor unit of any split ac in the balcony on a flat surface, 8feets below the indoor unit?
Hi, yes, you can. In case of outdoor unit installed lower than at least 1 indoor unit, the height difference between outdoor-indoor can be maximum 7.5 m (24 ft)
