I play Eladamri in the 99 in my "Adrix & Nev, Twincasters" Commander deck. With cards like Green Sun Zenith he's incredibly easy and consistent to get out. I like using him to get creatures like avenger of zendikar, rampaging baloths, & Hydra Broodmaster.
It's a very strong card, and running tokens, i always have the creatures available to tap for his ability.

so right i was wondering why nobody spoke about this commander. but its probably due to so much broken stuff came out.

That first player definitely just had a different izzet commander deck and swapped it out for Ral. There is no other reason to have a board wipe that also kills your own planeswalkers.
