To which is added a green chilly,
And grated cheddar cheese.
An egg, cilantro with Mayo,
All mixed together.
Get ready for frying,

I have so much shrimp in my freezer. I’m in shrimp trawling country in southeast Louisiana! Going to make these. Mom used to make shrimp boulettes and it was similar to what you did except no cheese.
