- Hey guys welcome back to the NOTJUSTBOXING channel! In this video Ashley demonstrates southpaw boxing footwork for complete beginners.
This video shows you the correct amateur boxing stance for anyone that is left handed. Furthermore, you will learn how to walk forwards and backwards, and left to right.
If you are a complete beginner spend some time perfecting these basic fundamentals before you move onto the more advanced styles.
