Hey Joe! This was a great find by you! 👍 I'm sure lots of people will be taking advantage of this buy, not just it's design but the Price! Wow...You can't beat that Price! Makes me almost want to buy one! But You know me.......I got another poor man's set up coming out soon. But man for the price I may need to get one. Gonna go look at the web site. Question......how is the grate? Is it bare metal carbon or is it coated? How do they recommend seasoning it? How do they recommend maintaining it? Thanks for the heads up on this one! 👍 \m/
Thanks Ken.. I didn't receive any manuals with my purchase but the grate it carbon steel coated.. The grate is kinda thin but I don't see it being a issue. My Craycourt cast iron grate will fit on top with will be awesome. I'll get some cook videos out on this soon. I'm very impressed with the quality of this unit especially for the price. I'll probably have my fabricator make me a SS grate for this.. Can't wait to see your mod brother.. Thanks
When I assembled mine, I double-nutted the pivot bolt for the catch lever to allow it to move up and down freely, yet also stay attached to the grill as they intended. This way, the lever acts as a ratchet when raising the grill. Now, I don't need to interact with it when raising up the grill, it just clicks into position as its being raised. To lower it back down, I do have to hold the lever in the release position, but either way, you're going to interact with it regardless if you want to drop the grill. I also ditched the thin grill grate that it came with for a heavy gauge piece of expanded steel that I welded in place of the original. This thing is badass, I really enjoy using it, but be ready to sweat some because standing by the open fire and getting close to tend to the food will make you hot at times.
Picked one up a few years ago, $99 and free shipping if remembering. Older Weber kettle no problem, similar for the WSM base. Newer kettle attaches lid hanger thru the kettle base interfering, so the Santa Maria ring won't sit flush. Still works, but I notched the ring with a hacksaw to fit so works on all 3 of my grills now. Suggest a good lubing (I used RD-50) of the moving parts which has held for me. Don't think about it, just get it and start using wood in your grill. It's fun. You'll see.
I use mine on my wsm bottom when we go on short trips and love it.. I've never heard of RD-50 and will look into that.. I've used small splits of wood with great results but have to flip my coal grate at times cause it warps it. Not a big deal to me..
I have a Cowboy Cooker and the grate is thicker material thin this product. I point this out because with a wood fire having the grates close the a raging white fire warps the grates.
Excellent! Looking forward to it. I’m thinking of buying that Santa Maria grill...it would be great for so many thing. A spatchcock chicken would be excellent on there.
Thanks for this video I have actually been looking at the Santa Maria grill accessories and some more up to like $300. This company seems to make it the same with less cost.😁
Gr8 vid Joe! Thank you! I just got a used Weber 22" kettle just for this attachment (and for all the other after market goodies out there for the Weber kettle). I have an SNS kettle that's been my main go to for the last several months but the "goodies" don't fit the SNS too well. Going to be ordering up the Santa Maria here now for the Weber!
I have the Gabby Grill. I found an old beater Weber on Craigslist to use it on. I was afraid that the larger fire would damage the one-touch cleaning system in my Weber Master Touch.
I bet that Gabby's Grills version is nice.. I'm very sure that you won't have to worry about the one touch system being that your not using a lid although the stock charcoal grate will take a beating on time using wood. I use my kettle with wood a lot without the lid using my stacked grates and not having any issues. Hope this helps and Thanks for watching. .
I just got mine today. It would have been better if you had on a white t-shirt on since the parts are black and disappear in the video.Good job though. Can't wait to use mine
That looks extremely nice for the price. Good video demonstration and explanation. One question, when you attached the cables to the rod that rotates at the top, was there a slot in the rod to attach loops in the center of the rod? Or do they attach to the out side of the rod with the bolts? If the attach to the outside, do the attach on the same side of the rod, or on opposite sides? In other words, does the right cable attach to t he e front side of the rod and the left cable to the back or vice versa?
Not really cause I washed the grate before I used it. I would to a initial burn if I didn't wash it. I've use this attachment all the time and it's holding up great. Best $100 I've spent and going to buy another sometime this week. Thanks for watching
There's no code that I'm aware of.. I got a pop up message on the website to save 5% if I signed up with my email. This company (Titan) has no idea that I posted this video. I'll get some cook videos out on this soon.
I've done lots of cooks on this Titan and never had to wear gloves to adjust the grate. I'm sure Gabby's is a much better design but I feel they should add a cool touch handle. I'm going to buy a Gabby's 26" soon and will be adding a cool touch handle to it. Thanks for the info and thanks watching..
Nice Demo Joe The Santa Maria seems very similar to Gabby's grill except you bolt upright to base. I actually think this one is better designed between wheel and cable attachment. What's on your Santa Maria
They're all pretty similar and I do like the wheel too.. I'm sure Gabby's Grills model is much more heavier duty and I will buy one from Junior when get my hands on a 26" Weber..
I just opened my box up in the mountains of Maine and no instructions. Yeah, it's really not too '''' self-explanatory""" if you have a brain injury...anyway....dude, you have on a black t-shirt, the unit/parts are black, the grills behind you are black. It was very difficult to see what you were doing plus the sunny background really made it even harder to see the holes and pieces. As for Titan: WHY on earth would you send ANY products without instructions? Not all of us live where the internet is good and even then, I went to your website to download the manual and it's not available; the second try I got a google spreadsheet with no instructions
Sorry for all of your troubles. I bought this from Titan and I have nothing to do with them. I was just trying to help and apparently failed in your eyes. The instruction manual is on Titans website which I didn't know at the time of this video from 2 years. Sorry about the video quality too. I was new to recording and editing videos at that time.
Be aware, this company sells reduced-priced grills they say are fine except for minor scratches and minor dents yet they are actually severely mangled, contorted and twisted. I'm extremely disappointed in this company.
For being a first time user - you also seem to be an absolute expert and HUGE promoter... Jesus. Immediately make the video feel/seem fake and untrustworthy as a legit review of your product. “Never used this before, “this is your brake arm, all you have to do is do this and this . . . Sear your steaks like this and this is how you operate it like a pro.” “After zero uses and assembling it 5 seconds ago, I give this an A plus on performance” LMAOO. You say $91 bucks and then list the price online at $99? PROMO LINKS NON stop during the entire video. Product looks cool bro - but just be a real about it. People are not THAT stupid.
It's all good Tony.. I know a quality product for a good price.. I didn't get any discounts and Titan Grate Outdoors raised the price for some reason.. This video isn't fake and they don't pay me anything to promote this product.. In fact Nobody pays me to say anything.. You can buy top end Santa Maria grill attachments for up to $600 but not many people can afford that but for only $100 you can't beat this price for what you're getting.. I still use this everyday at home and on the weekends at the campground. If a company has a great product I will let my viewers know.. Thanks for watching..

That's a great idea.. I put a cast iron grill grate over the stock great and it's been working great for over 2 years now.

Nice dear friend & good night.
Pretty cool Joe. Can't wait to see you use it...
I'll get some videos out on this here soon. Can't wait to use it myself.. Thanks
That is such a cool setup. Can't wait to see what you make with it.
The price is on point for this attachment.. I know I'm going to love it.
great video, thanks for the show and tell.
No problem at all.. I cook on this setup all the time. I absolutely love it. Thanks for watching.
Hey Joe, nice unboxing and review. Can't wait to see you cook with it. I love the one I have. MOF, it's time to get it back out.
Can't beat the price on this attachment but when I get hands on a 26" Weber kettle, I'll be hitting up Junior for his masterpiece.. #gabbysgrills
Joe great find brother ... T hats a sweet price and looks well built . I'm excited for when you get cooking on it
The price is definitely right and I'll get some cook videos out soon.. Thanks for stopping by..
Looks great thanks for sharing!
No problem at all.. Thanks for watching..
Great job thank you for sharing this video 👍
Thank you and you're welcome.. Thanks for watching..
My guess would have been the bolt with a washer and lock nut would go on the lever and not the wheel, because it's a moving part.
Good stuff, I just ordered mine today. Cant wait to get to set it up.
I absolutely love it..! You won't be disappointed.. Thanks for watching..
Nice video Joe! I really like the looks of this thing especially at less than 100$ We’re definitely gonna need to see it in action soon!
Oh you best believe brother.. I'll get some videos of this here soon.. You can't beat the price..
I have a Cowboy Cooker and the grate is thicker material thin this product. I point this out because with a wood fire having the grates close the a raging white fire warps the grates.
I agree 100%.. I added a cast iron grate and it works great.
That’s a sweet setup at a good price.
The price is definitely right for the quality you get.. My next video will feature your rubs.. Can't wait to try them out..! Thanks..
Excellent! Looking forward to it. I’m thinking of buying that Santa Maria grill...it would be great for so many thing. A spatchcock chicken would be excellent on there.
Yes sir.. That's my plan for the very first cook.. Great minds think alike lol..
Thanks for this video I have actually been looking at the Santa Maria grill accessories and some more up to like $300. This company seems to make it the same with less cost.😁

On the website it is call a 24" so does this fit the Weber 22" standard kettle grill or their 24" kettle. Thanks
That's the total diameter but yes it'll fit all 22" style kettles.. Thanks for watching..
I just got mine today. It would have been better if you had on a white t-shirt on since the parts are black and disappear in the video.Good job though. Can't wait to use mine
I do apologize for that. I didn't even think about it at the time.
Great Review! Price is now $149.99

They both attach on the same side of the rod.. I should've gotten a close up on that but thank you for the kind words..
Muy bonito
Thank you.. I love it and use it all the time.
Very nice. Do you think an initial burn on the grate is necessary? Thanks.
Not really cause I washed the grate before I used it. I would to a initial burn if I didn't wash it. I've use this attachment all the time and it's holding up great. Best $100 I've spent and going to buy another sometime this week. Thanks for watching
@@BBQJOE Thank you for the reply. Can't wait to cook something on it! God Bless!
What size WSM are you showing? Will this fit the base of the WSM 22?
It fits perfect on the WSM 22.
Great video. We are interested what code do you use? Thank you
There's no code that I'm aware of.. I got a pop up message on the website to save 5% if I signed up with my email. This company (Titan) has no idea that I posted this video. I'll get some cook videos out on this soon.
Fantastic. Do you know if it can buy and import in Italy?
Good question.. I'll contact Titan now and see what they say.. I'll get back to you as soon as I here from them.
Joe's BBQ House and Review thank’s
How hot does that handle get? I just got the Gabby's Grill attachment and the crank handle gets hot enough that you need gloves or a rag to adjust it.

I too think this is made with better design quality than Gabby’s grills.
It looks like grill grate has some wobble. Is that true? Is it noticeable when cooking or affect cooking??
I grill on this setup all the time with no issues at all. It does have a wobble but that's expected for only $100.. Thanks for watching.
why metric size? is this made in china? love the wheel latch.
I'm pretty sure it was made in China. I still use it to this day and it is holding up great.
@@BBQJOE i got 1 now. its holding up goos
How has it ladted over time? Any rust?
It still looks new even after 2 years of heavy grilling. I still have the stock cooking grate on but I use a cast iron grill grate over the top of it.
Is this product still available in the 22”?
They was out of stock the last time I checked but they told me they're not sure when they'll get them back in due to Covid.. Thanks for watching..
Great video, excellent presentation and very thorough! Got one for Christmas!
You're going to love it..!
Sure makes it easier to add wood or charcoal.
A heavier duty grate for just wood burning would be great but mine is holding up. I normally the mix charcoal and wood anyways. Thanks for watching
And that’s the last time the 10mm was seen alive
