Case in point: when I was 12/13 in the early 70's, to get into r/c planes would run about $2500 cdn. That's TEN THOUSAND in today's dollars. I just bought my 3rd r/c plane for $80.00 RTF. WITH a gyro so I don't crash it straight outta the box!
@@waynekiblersrcadventures thanks, it's a little P-47 with a gyro so if I get into trouble it levels itself. I had a trainer that did that too but didn't come with obstacle avoidance and I flew it into the side of a chimney lol. OOPSY.

I'm using a lipo now that I got for 30 dollars and it will last for several hours. The battery that comes with the truck usually lasts for around an hour.
