I like the marbling technique. I got confused with the tape until I saw the finished product. For rhinestones, did you put the glue under the topcoat before applying stones?? I've not had good luck with jewels, but I never did that.
Yes I put the gel glue on first and then the gel top coat. Then the stones. I’m using modelones glue and top coat and thts how you apply it.
Thank you!! My dip powder always cracks. Maybe it's the system I use that doesn't mix with the powders I use 🤷♀️
You’re welcome. I doubt it. The dip liquid system is designed to work with any powder regardless if it’s not the same brand. I’ve used my dip liquid system with different powders. Probably you’re not applying enough activator to the nails. I really can’t say for sure.
When you were putting different colors on at first you have some kind of tape on your nail or something what was?
It was just clear tape
I love your videos. Quick question ...when u say "curred" do u meant under a uv lamp? I have this dip set and i thought u didnt need a lamp. I am tryning to add gems to my nail dip and wanted to know if i need a lamp or just apply the gel, gems, then top coat? Or gel, top coat, gems, op coat again. But you threw me off when you said cure. O now i dont know if i need to use my uv lamp
Hi, you don’t need to use a lamp, it’s optional. I usually use gel top coat when I’m finished with my nails because I prefer the shine of gel top coat as opposed to dip powder top coat.
When I apply my gems I use gel top coat and then apply the gems and cure.
If I’m applying gems with dip top coat, I would apply the dip top coat and then apply the gems and wait for it to dry.
