I like the idea of using the higher value items. Some of the houses will struggle with the occupant’s hobby where as some won’t and it will be interesting to see.
I feel like if you were to really go in on the food selling, you can make 1 plate of challah per period of selling (ie, it takes 2-3 food sales to clear a table - this would be 1 period of selling) - but to do this you would need to grind and make 3-5 other full servings to fill the table. This means you have the opportunity to make lots of money with challah, but it does come with rules. I loved this episode! These mini challenges are so much fun. I think Tiny town is a great way to explore different packs and their skills! Great video James!!
I definitely want to see more of the cooking from the appliances while running the store. Maybe with a challah sale like once a week or something to bring in some more money
If he even plants just one tomato bush, one mushroom, one potato, he'll have plenty of ingredients but he won't be spending too much time on gardening, or making money directly from it. He'll just save money on cooking things like spaghetti, omelets, etc.
You should try the appliance wiz aspiration once you get the money for all the required appliances! It’s relatively easy to complete and when you get the reward trait, you get double the servings of every meal you make with prepped ingredients. So ultimately wayyy cheaper to cook meals and you’d make more of a profit. I believe the aspiration he’s on now requires being in the culinary career to complete, which isn’t necessarily the goal for the series but yknow
What would be great: because the sims are building relationships when you are not playing them, it would be fun to explore their relationships in their episode (and let them move in etc.) :)
The fact that James could've been rich way faster with the hideous cupcake machine makes me giggle. Stanley Humphrey made bank with it really easily lol

Aaand later again: Clicks Yes to Rueben liking jokes 😝😝
Bernice's other son would be Rueben's uncle I beleive 😊
Your entrepreneurship level affects how well you'll sell at higher markups :)
Suggestion: Pablo could do odd jobs that requires the fitness skill so he can earn some extra money. Loving the series!
I built an entire home by selling roast chickens at the selling table lol 😂 have to be cooking level 10 but those things are worth a fortune!
Also, Bernice has showed up to every single yard sale in my tiny town challenge lmao
For cooking, ik you can cook and sell wedding cakes for a lot more money than normal food. So maybe baking would also be a lucrative route to go.
Not gonna lie, Reuben is very cute! 🥰
Okay, Reuben is officially my favorite! Not sure why, but I love him.
We need him on the gallery
There is a mod you can choose the leftovers .. it is very useful to have especially if you have a vegetarian or lactose intolerant sim. I recommend to y'all to download.
Ps: Reuben is a split image of Rahul
James: (Gives Reuben the Kermit/Bill Gates voice.)
Me: Sam Elliott's voice would definitely come outa THAT stache....
And why is Reuben so handsome?😭😭
33:27 E-low-tay.. 😋Delicious Mexican Street Corn 🌽
I ADORE this new series!!! Can't wait to see the island house in the making
I think it's fair to have one challah per day. He's gotta catch up to his dad!
I LIVE for these longer videos!!
For the sack lunches, you have to unpaxk them and then they can be sold because they go back to just being food on a plate.
Idk how you keep making gorgeous sims so effortlessly. For the life of me all of my sims babies are ugly 😂😂 Imma need you to upload Reuben to the gallery 🥺😬
yes! and Silas too
And Pablo 😂
I like the idea of using the higher value items. Some of the houses will struggle with the occupant’s hobby where as some won’t and it will be interesting to see.
YESSS!!!! Another part!!!! What a way to start my Saturday!!!! Thx James!!!! Nice touch with the retro Rolodex!!! Very nostalgic 😅 😁 ❤❤❤😂😊😊
Hahaha James has become so cool with their wheels hahahaha making the movements with their hands and putting the board up and down 🤣🤣🤣👏👏👏😉 I love it
I definitely want to see more of the cooking from the appliances while running the store.
Creative would have been a useful trait because he would’ve gained cooking skills more from being randomly inspired with the trait
Faster*
You should try the appliance wiz aspiration once you get the money for all the required appliances! It’s relatively easy to complete and when you get the reward trait, you get double the servings of every meal you make with prepped ingredients. So ultimately wayyy cheaper to cook meals and you’d make more of a profit.
I believe the aspiration he’s on now requires being in the culinary career to complete, which isn’t necessarily the goal for the series but yknow
What would be great: because the sims are building relationships when you are not playing them, it would be fun to explore their relationships in their episode (and let them move in etc.) :)
This series is so much fun!! Can’t wait to see how the houses end up!
i love Reuben's tshirt, that is so cool. Same are the sleeping trousers.
I love this series and the long videos James! You're spoiling us
The fact that James could've been rich way faster with the hideous cupcake machine makes me giggle. Stanley Humphrey made bank with it really easily lol
