1 onion
1 avocado
10-15 cherry tomatoes
50 gr of olives
1 cucumber
For the sauce:
200 ml of vegetable oil
100 ml of milk
2 teaspoons of mustard
Juice of half a lemon
1 clove of garlic
8-10 basil leaves
Salt and pepper
For the bruschetta:
6 slices of black or white bread
150 ml of tomato pulp
100 gr of mozzarella
