Truly wish they wouldn't allow drunk boaters at the point. The Plovers lay their eggs there. We have seen unattended kids bothering them beyond the ropes. Sad people can't be responsible with nature. They also blast their loud rock music. Scares the animals. I love loud music, I party and rock out. But! Not when I am in nature trying to unwind from noise, in a place that is supposed to be shared! And protected...by every single individual. People need to respect nature. And keep these wonderful secret spots to ourselves, the Florida tax paying and hard working residents. Not peddling real estate for personal gain. Not boat renters that have no clue. Need more water police protecting the birds that can't stand up to drunk wakjobs. All said imho. Sorry, not sorry. It used to be so tranquil til 2020 internet surfers and real estate agents. I know I have my license 8 yrs now believe me the most of them do not care or understand Florida's unique prescious environment... and its sensitivities we need to protect. Don't get me started on the drunk litering fishermen....who tangle fishing lines all in the mangroves, cut the lines and can choke a pelican and or their young. Very sad sight. Over building wellen park circle jerk. Florida needs to think!!! No more aftersunset deals! About our future and your grandkids futures! Imho sorry for soapbox.😂❤
