Great Video! We love the Englewood area. What are the short term rental limitations in the Englewood area? From what I can tell, part of Englewood is in Sarasota County and part is in Charlotte County. I am aware of Sarasora County's 30 day minimum but am not sure about Charlotte County.
Andy - Thank you for you reply and question. Yes, Englewood is in the Southern part of Sarasota County and the minimum rental restrictions are 30 days. Good question about Charlotte County ... from my research it appears they have the same restrictions.
@@sunnydaze2359 its crazy expensive. It would be the HOAs that put it over the top. Theres decently priced lots but the upkeep for it all is ridiculous.
You are missing in the most important part of your proposition affordability and value. They are a lot of houses that you can buy for a lot less than the new developments and more close to the beach and downtown Englewood, and if you wait 6 months you will be able to choose. TK anyway and keep working hard.
A lot has changed and Florida in general is no longer affordable (especially in the last year) - yet if you want to live near the beach in the State of Florida ,,, I still believe Englewood is going to give you the most for your money - Thank you for your comment.

Was. Not anymore. Getting ridiculously crowded and eating out is very expensive as you would expect for a beach/tourist town.
