    Enough of lip service.

    That's good.
But it better be put into action.
Another thing that police mustn't do is wait for something serious to happen, then they take action.
RCPNG must create an action plan ahead of time before something serious happens.
There are too many incompetent officers in the police system.
Monitor people migrating from other provinces through aviation & marine transport services.
Setup monitoring systems from other provinces.
Ask questions at the airport & warfs why people want to come to the cities.
How long will the person stay in the city?
What type of business do you intend to do in the city?
What are you carrying to the city?
How many people are you going to the city?
Police should set up systems like these together with provincial, national, airports, PNG maritime & other heads of departments.
This should control illegal settlers & unnecessary migration to cities.
At least it's a small solution to control the problems.
The provinces alone must have their internal control measures also.
    Just a thought. 😮
