It's interesting that the very last moment of each episode of these uploads seems to have a few seconds trimmed off (right before the end credits sequence starts). Now, we don't seem to be missing anything important like dialogue, but it's just offputting to me that the scene gets "snipped" short. Weird. But having this sitcom available on YT is a really nice thing. It's like teevee "comfort food", bringing me back to the 1980s & 1990s when Nick@Nite or other channels would broadcast classic shows like this.
I forgot about how funny this was. Remember watching these in reruns in the mid 70’s. I also love how they freeze frame to launch into the theme song. The first season theme song was the best and the way the camera follows Patty running down the stairs. Today’s tv shows don’t have a opening or closing theme song.
I miss theme tune sequences from the good old days but, realistically, in today's world "sitcom time" on network or cable is so precious ... an episode has approximately a mere 18 minutes more or less to tell the whole story, so every moment counts. No time for these fun openings, sadly. Blame commercials and sponsors for this. Of course, there _are_ some theme sequences, but they're really brief (Young Sheldon comes to mind).
You know IDK if it was really me or from watching this show all the time, but I too was involved in too many of the antics of Patty Lane. Getting grades of 70 and below; running for an elected office; cheerleading; going to the movies; living on the suburbs; writing on topics I knew nothing about instead homework to get better grades, plus I actually wore clothes and hairstyles like Patty; had house parties and tried to sing on stage, etc., etc. Patty was not the only crazy girl at the time this show was on the air.
That doesn't mean it's any easier to get your stuff rea by someone - the fact that self-publishing is more widespread means that there are a ton more books and such out there so there is a lot of competition as far as who actually gets read and who doesn't.
hi...cd u possibly upload season 3 episode #7 (the girl from n.e.p.h.e.w). one of many favorites. tku so much im enjoying these episodes...like visiting an old friend😃😂😃🌼🌻🌺🌿🌷⚘

10:00 Patty looks a bit like a young Melissa Gilbert in that hairstyle and angle. No wonder the two even played mother and daughter in a movie.
If you’re talking about The Miracle Worker they were not mother/daughter in that movie.
Harry Mudd was everywhere. He went back in time to exploit Patty Lane.
Thank you so much!!!!!!!
