Cheers. It takes so long to put something like this together! I've still got to make more vids on the ones that didn't make the top 20. There's still some good options to come just (in my opinion) not top 20 but still recommended.
I am heading to Bohol in a month, and I appreciate your thorough and informative video about the resorts there. We chose The Best Western Ivywall Resort. Although not quite as nice as the resorts you included, it offered a great combination of nice, clean accommodations, various amenities, pools, cost a little less than the other higher-end resorts, and was in a perfect location - next to the Alona Beach and the main area of town. We will definitely try one of the other resorts you mentioned on our next visit!
You did a very good job by showing all those beautiful resorts in Bohol that a lot of people don't actually know exist in that beautiful island. Keep up the good work and be blessed 👍
I only got to watch half the video because I have to get some sleep before I go to work, but great so far! Some beautiful places, can’t wait to see the rest. That Ube Cream Liqueur looks intriguing too ! Can’t wait to watch the rest tomorrow, thanks Rob as always for great content🤙🏾
Well TH-cam has a red bar under the video to see where you last watched up to so it's easy to catch up! Yeah that Ube drink was a winner! Definity try it out if you stay there.
Great thanks. I hope you have a great time. I did do a vlog on the top things to do in Bohol if you need some ideas, there's some places most tourists don't go (but should!). You can watch it here th-cam.com/video/g0fxPjoMtSI/w-d-xo.html
Thank brother, having this good video of yours makes Bohol to be known more globally and will make it entice more tourists to come to Bohol.Thank yuo so much for that & enjoy Bohol to the fullest, have a nice day!
Thanks! Bohol is awesome I hope more see how fantastic place it is. I spend 4 months there making these videos and loved everyday! Can't wait to get back!
Cheers. Lots of great places to stay in Bohol. I've still got some more resorts to show coming up. Some still pretty good, although not top 10. I did stay at Premier Coast and did a review of it in my channel as well. Hope you enjoy your trip
Bohol Beach Club used to stretch out further until they sold some of their property to where South Palms is. Both resorts are not cheap but I have been lucky enough to go there in Dec 2022 and 2023 when I caught their prices dip to 7k a night for 2 persons. The Dumaluan beach where the resorts are located have the best beach front in Panglao for wading and swimming and some snorkeling.
Thank you for your amazing channel ! We booked a place in March at Boracay based on your recommendations on the Henann resorts and will go to Bohol after ! You are blessed to have two beautiful travel companions! I am jealous haha
Your so amazing always! Everytime I'm planning a vacation I always clicking first your page to watched and check the place I plan to visit because you really had a good show and details every hotel in your content and I am very thankfull for that cuz it's really help me to decide which is better to stay,. For how many times Ive watched your vlog it's a little bit confusing to understand your words because of your accent but for how many times watching your channel I just fully understand your words I get used to it🤣😅✌️. More Power to your channel and always take care on your journey and wishing you more happiness and relaxing on your travel here in our beloved Phillipines Island. God bless
Thanks for being so persistent to listening to to accent! I know here in the Philippines, particularly the way I pronounce "a" can cause issues. Like you said after listening to how I prounce things people understand it pretty quickly. I spend a lot of time working on the vlogs to be helpful because I was frustrated myself when looking online for hotels. A lot of the top 10 hotels I noticed have been written by people that have never even been to the hotels. And then it's a link to a website where they get the best commission. Anyhow I appreciate it helps you. Hope you have a great trip!
The room you first showed at the Bellevue looked like the exact one we stayed in. Congrats on the video. It's always nice to hear an Aussie voice on the Vlogs
Hi this video has been so helpful as I’m planning my trip in Bohol, I’m definitely sold to Bellevue and will be staying there for 5 nights, I am just torn with Mithi. I’m planning to book the sea view villa there for 2 nights just for the view and to chill and see their cave. It looks amazing on their website but have taken into consideration on what you said that it looks ‘run down’ or ‘old’, does it also apply on the sea view villas? Do you think it’s worth it? Or would just prefer to book the Bellevue suite?
I put it in the top 10 so it's still a great place to stay at I just wanted to point out the pros and cons of the place. The place while getting a bit long in the tooth it's not falling apart. I think sea villas are great with amazing views. On the cliff they can't be beat! Obviously if you get good weather too the views are even better. Hope you have a great stay.
You are welcome! I also did a part 1 counting down from 20-11 which also has some great places to stay in Bohol th-cam.com/video/HYsajxeYglE/w-d-xo.html
Hi is mangroves kayaking is it only available in Modala beach? We will be staying in Bellevue. 😊 i love how you presented the hotels in Panglao. It will be our first time in Bohol.
Yeah from my understanding you had to stay at Modala. I guess you can ask when you're there. If you stay at Bellevue they have watersports you can do at their beach.
Run of the mill? Old? Bruh I'll take it. It is more acceptable then any hotels equivalent in the USA. I am from the California Bay Area so I know good value when I see one.
Beautiful place but they should have their own international airport accommodating direct flights from , Singapore , Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong , etc. No need for a big international airport but one like on Koh Samui , Thailand which is a pretty small island as well . Until then it will mainly cater to locals , expats based in Manila and a few adventurous tourists I’m afraid . The prices in general also seem a bit expensive considering it’s the Philippines , especially if you compare with some parts of Thailand or Cambodia.
They do have multiple direct flights from South Korea, both Seoul and Busan. Before the pandemic, I'm pretty sure there was a direct from China. Maybe the market isn't big enough yet from those other ports and most are serviced by nearby Cebu. Korea is by far the number 1 market for the entire Philippines. Yeah, you're right on prices!
You mentioned there was construction going on next to Mondala, was it noisy to stay in Mondala? Also, do you know when the Tumoy village will be finished and ready to open to the public?
When I was there, noise from construction wasn't an issue. I was there earlier in the year and their villas they are constructing look good (from the outside). I did email asking when they are due to open but they never replied. Not sure about the village either.
Oceanica has a better beachfront. Also mondala accommodation is more hotel style, I mean it's all one building. Oceanica is more speed out and some of their beach villas open right up on the beach. I do like them both. FYI next door they are building Panglao shores resort (still part of Oceanica) which looks like it will be a great place. It was supposed to open 1st quarter of '24. When I last looked it did look like maybe '25 opening.
I can see why Villa Tomasa Alona Kew didn’t make it on the top 20. No mains water filtration, hot water system intermittent with the occasional black crud coming from the tap, dirty showers and rooms, I wouldn’t rate it 1 out of 10. Breakfast service completely inadequate for Western standards. Definitely one to avoid unfortunately. With the influx of Korean tourists, and a heap of new hotels being built in Panglao Island some hotels will need to lift their game.
@@FindingParadise I wouldn’t be surprised to see the place gone within the next few years and the land redeveloped into another 5 star hotel like Henann. We cut our stay short by 2 days and went back to Cebu.
What are you guys waiting for? He deserves more subscriber. This guys is legit hotel & resorts reviewer. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Cheers! Just trying make helpful videos for tourists coming to Bohol.

Ah thanks for watching! I'm actually filming the 3 Henann's in Bohol at the moment, hopefully I can get the video out soon. Happy travels.
Thank you so much for reviewing the best resorts in Bohol.❤ We’re planning to visit there next year.
Thanks so much. I'm currently doing a video on Anda. It's a great spot to stay if you want to see a beautiful part of Bohol

very nice blog sir welcome her in my home phillippines
Thanks! There are so many nice resorts there, some are located on such beautiful beaches.
Esse é filipinas um paraíso encantador espetacular show, ok
Yeap! And these are the best places to stay in Bohol
Hi! Which has more beautiful beachfront in person bellevue or south palms? I need to choose. Thanks!
In my opinion South Palms. If you watch the video you can see both of those Resort's beach fronts. I like South Palms coconut lined beach.
@@FindingParadiseThanks
You mentioned there was construction going on next to Mondala, was it noisy to stay in Mondala? Also, do you know when the Tumoy village will be finished and ready to open to the public?

Yes you can walk, less than 10 mins. Modala Resort and Bellevue are on the same beach. You can walk along the beach to both properties

Bohol

Are there women to be picked there? Company

Not Penglao
...Panglao😂😂 pronounced manong
That's how Australians pronounce "a". I always have problems here with some thinking I'm saying "e". We all have a laugh when I explain it.
@@FindingParadiseYou’re good. It is 2024 and we should learn BY NOW that there is no right or wrong pronunciation. We all have different backgrounds 🥂
