Great quality review, really enjoyed it!
I only found it weird that you though visibility from the driver seat wasn't good... I test drove this car recently (petrol only, but irrelevant for this) and overall visibility was really great all around. Both side-view mirrors, rear-view mirror and the windows, none of them left me feeling like I couldn't see what' going on around me.
The only slight blind spot is at the c-pillar, but it's nothing major and basically the same as with most hatchbacks and crossovers. In case of backing out, the rear camera helps a bunch also.
It might be personal preference, but in my experience, visibility from the XCeed is great. :)

Thanks Aleksandar for the very kind words! I must be honest I didn't have much time to test drive the car. I really felt that the view out the back was really bad as the huge pillars and the small facing up rear window makes it hard to see anything (and you need to have the spirit version to get the rear view camera which sucks as without a camera it's more of a guessing game when your parking :)- ) I also think that the view to the back right is hard as you have a huge c pillar which blocks everything.
But all in all it's not as bad as I might say in the video but still in my opinion the biggest downside of the car, as the car in general is great for the price! Are you considering buying one? If you have any questions I'd be glad to help you out
Hope this find you well and hope you have a great day!

@@NonstopDriving Thanks so much for your kind words and the explanation, I appreciate it!
I get it, it might be that I'm used to driving hatchbacks with big blind spots around the c-pillar, so I didn't notice any major difference driving the XCeed either. Definitely wouldn't say it has perfect visibility, but it wasn't horrible by any means, at least for me.
I actually bought one shortly after that test drive, really loved it! :)
Currently waiting for the paperwork to be complete, and looking forward to driving it home, hopefully soon.
Keep up the great work with quality reviews, and have a great day too!

@@oygenn Yes I think that makes a big difference, this was one of the first crossovers I've driven.
Very nice! Like you said you probably got a petrol version, may I ask why you chose a petrol and not a hybrid version?
And again thank you very much for the kind words, it's just hard to get started as you need to grow an audience in order to get noticed by manufactures and get invited by them to test drive their new cars, still a long road a head for us, so ever little thing helps out a lot!

@@NonstopDriving Yes, I got the 1.5 petrol engine. I was tempted by the hybrid, but only the weaker diesel and two petrol engines were available right away in my local dealership. I couldn't afford to wait many months to make a new order as I need the car within the next few weeks, so I chose the 1.5 petrol "EX Way" trim, which is 3/4 trim here in Croatia, so fairly well loaded. 1.0 petrol was just a tiny bit too weak for what I'd need, which is steep roads and many hours on a highway. :)
Also the much higher price of a hybrid didn't fit my current budget, so the 1.5 petrol seemed like a great fit.

Why is Slovakia so slow to deliver?

Good question, the main factory is in Slovakia so that is interesting... (maybe still because of chip shortage)
