Glad I came across this video. I’m were Carlise as my SOTD before it starts getting too warm and I have to bench this fragrance until fall/winter again. I have the 81% bottle and I don’t have any performance issues.
Even though my bottle aged and I don’t have any issues with it. But I do agree. The bottle should be 🔥 without needing to mature it at the price point they’re wanting.
I wanted to buy a Carlisle or Herod, but I didn t after watched your videos! I bought a 75ml of Layton, 2023 batch. With 2 sprays on the neck I get like good 9-10 hours. And in the first 3-4 hours, I felt that the frag is too strong. It s a 2023 new batch, I don t know if it s my skin, but some people complained about longevity and sillage on Layton too.
“You have got to be kidding me”, lol! Bro, what a great breakdown on the scent and house itself. My older bottle of Galloway, yes Galloway (puts every bottle I have from PDM to shame when it comes to female reactions), is much richer and creamier than my latest bottle. My old bottle really highlights the luxurious Iris and ambergris (equivalent to the type Creed used in their pre-2017 bottles). The newer version is passable but it’s certainly my last. Thanks and have a great holiday season 🥃👌🏾
Thanks to mention and answer my question my bro... Apreciated bro... You are my hero🔥🔥🔥👍👍👍 After hearing you, i think naxos is different level. Hands down
Awesome review, Pastor… Pastor, there is this lady at work that I’ve heard mumbling about my fragrances… so I stopped wearing them and she’s still complaining about me. My dad’s not here anymore so I’ll ask your advice. Should I just stop wearing, or continue since I know she’s gonna complain anyways? Thanks in advance. Be blessed!
Sorry to hear about dad! Try and gather some information: find out if your company has a policy against fragrances, see if maybe she has allergies 🤧 and make a considerate decision from there. In work settings, especially close contact work settings, clean/green scents are always optimal, because soapy fragrances are often inoffensive. Personally, I wouldn’t stop wearing my fragrances just because someone may not like perfume, but if they are allergic, I’ll be considering of that. Some people are just “humbuggish” but we don’t pander to them either.
Pastor, work policy says not to spray in the office. That’s all. I only apply once at home about an hour before I go into the workplace. I think the lady just likes to complain, God Bless her. Yes. Some word fragrance recommendations would be a blessing! Let’s hear them!
They are beautiful fragrances but be mindful that performance aren’t great in the newer batches. I’d suggest finding vintage versions and DO NOT🚫pay retail price
I have a full bottle of the 81% of Carlisle and was disappointed when I first bought it. The performance was super trash compared to the decant of the older version I had. It took about a month or so after opening it up. Bought it in 2022. Now anything over three sprays is too much for me. Wearing it as my sote btw.
What I’m finding theses 81% batches needs to mature to get to the potential we hear everyone talk about. Which I think the previous 77% batches didn’t need the matureness and was just off the bat. I got a 81% bottle of Carlise and experience the same thing you did. I can just take the top off my bottle now and the smell almost fills the room without spraying.
@@Leonard_Washington76is it good 81%? I tryied it and the smell was so nice. I am scary if 81% is not so good but people said me that it is really good. What do you think?
By far they Best I've owned. The opening so strong that shuts down My nose for a sec.
Great review of an unquestionably gorgeous fragrance.
It really is and thanks for being here

I’m pretty sure the 2023 batches are almost the same as the old ones it’s just the late 2020 2021 batches that you have to look out for
Why? I want to buy Herod do you have any advices ? thank u@@abeladonay9964

@@Leedoggie6677 well continue to spray my brother. I would recommend Prada L’homme, Creed Original Vetiver, Tom Ford Grey Vetiver and Chez Bond.
You deserve more followers …. How do we find those batches with 78% vs 81%

Good speaker. Good review person.

Nah you sound crazy to call all pdm 80ish percent trash. I have many of them and they all last and perform. Not all scents i like though that much.
@@dhui2974 good thing is that I can sound crazy as I want on my channel, giving my opinion.
