  • I have a relatively short video today for you today. I still don't know what to make of it, but it is very interesting, whether or not it is what it looks like.
In 2015, an Episode of Survivorman aired (link below). And at the 35:35 minute mark, for approximately 3.7 seconds, the likeness of a bigfoot, sasquatch, or almas-like creature is plainly visible. The setting is in the Transylvanian Alps, in Romania. What better place for high strangeness?
Now, Les Stroud (Survivorman) is agnostic on the matter of bigfoot, but he still knows his stuff, and has expressed a great deal of interest on the subject. So I'd assume that he would have mentioned it if it was something of note, but what if he hasn't seen it yet?
Oh also, the figure seems to blink, but that very well could be nothing more than foliage shaking.

@@hyperluminalreality1 Well, that's entirely the point of grammar. To communicate things as concisely as possible. It's good it clicked for you more easily but don't shame others for not being able to click as quickly or not having the experience needed with English to understand the nuances. The point of grammar is to allow us to structure sentences for the purpose of communication with anyone, even non-human animals, many species have language systems that include grammar. Just feels super unproductive to sound so annoyed over something that happens all the time because misunderstandings are always inevitable, it's not like we can mind read.

I've hunted since I was 6 years old. During the day, especially when hunting from a deer stand, as the light changes while moving through the woods, it is very easy to see things that simply aren't there. Shapes that I have been convinced are animals resolve into brush tops, color swatches on fallen logs, etc. Saying that, I cannot say how many times these shapes resolved themselves into animals that are standing stock still, completely un-moving. Deer learn to check deer stand locations as they cross their territory. I had one doe, in particular, that would approach from behind a tree with a fork in it around 4 feet up. She would walk to that tree and turn her head to one side so that all that was visible to me was her eyeball looking at me through the fork. She would stay there for 15-45 minutes just watching, never moving, until she was confident that I wasn't a booger and it was safe to move through.
Thank you for another video. I look forward to the next. I hope your illness passes soon.

I was walking my dog a few weeks ago and saw a hare moving about 50 feet in front of me, it disappeared, I thought it must have gone into a hole in the ground. When I got to the spot where it disappeared there was no hole, I looked for a solid minute but couldn't find it, neither did my dog, until I saw it, 5 feet in front of me, completely frozen, staring right at me. The dog never saw it, she saw I was interested in something and tried to see for herself but she didn't find it, she loves chasing rabbits and hares, and she has no idea that that day was the closest she ever got to one.

I think it's a rock with a lump on top that looks vaguely like a head. The "face" is a result of yellowed plant matter being out of focus in the background, then further losing quality when the video was compressed for storage and transmission, then compressed *again* by TH-cam's surprisingly lossy algorithm. The change in shape of the "eye" is also explained by the motion of the camera having a small effect on how that section of the screen is compressed.
When the episode was being edited, the recording was almost certainly at a higher resolution than 1080p and hadn't been through two rounds of compression. The background would still be out of focus, but it would still be clear enough that it's some dying plants and a rock.

    • @RedexTwo

There are legends in the Romanian mountains that describe cryptids and some of them are remarkably similar with Bigfoot type creatures. There is the mythological "Omul pădurii" which would be translated as "The man of the forest". He would be known for punishing people that are too loud or that are yelling in the forest during the night. He is also known in certain areas of Romania as a creature with certain physical characteristics like he is covered with hair from top to bottom and he has humungous feet. He is sometimes described as being a deformed "carnivorous" human with fang-like teeth. He can be heard singing with a rough voice and breaking logs by stepping on them during the night. His female equivalent would be known for crying in the forest to attract humans, especially children which she would kidnap and eat. In certain areas she possesses benevolent qualities and would be seen as a spirit that helps people lost in the wilderness find their way back to civilisation but in different areas only the malevolent traits are exhibited. Both would have supernatural qualities like transforming themselves into a powerful wind. There are probably thousands of myths and legends about different beings in the mountain villages of Romania. Many people that visit those mountains see or hear strange things. The locals coexist with both wild animals and the perceived supernatural ones. In certain villages they would have certain rituals performed to keep these forest entities out of the village.

    Hello everyone.
I had an experience to. The funny thing is....this situation was located in the mid/north of Germany.
I was at the age of 10 I think.
Me and my friends were in a near small forest on a bike trip, playing…doing kids stuff.
We were relatively deep in the woods were we found an area of dead trees. That kind of spot were there is no sound.
We recognized the trees were easy to bring to fall....so we started playing super heros with super strength.
After a few minutes an HUUUGE (that huge we three boys could not bring this one to fall together) tree maybe 100meter away from us felt down next to us.
And than the hell breaks lose.
An scream so unbelievably loud, strong but kind of human starts getting louder & louder & the louder it gets the more inhuman it sounds. It was so strong that it shakes my eyesight & I can feel it in my body.
After the scream stop's.....we looked at each other with tears in our eyes and ran as fast as we can out of this forest.
No one of us did see anything but everyone of us was shaking to the bones after this.
Since this day I never go back in to that specific woods and feel a little odd in other areas.
For years I didn't associate this experience with the Sasquatch issue.
But than TH-cam was getting bigger & bigger and at some point I stumbled into 'Monster Quest'.
There was this episode were they recorded a potential Sasquatch scream.
    Oh boy...
    I wasn't prepared....
    Alone...
    At 4 in the morning....
To go back to one of my childhood traumata.
One thought that came to me after I dived into this topic was,
did no other people heard it?
I mean, there were people all around in the woods…maybe just 500meter away from us.
There were so many ideas what could the sound make.
    From..
The overwhelming imagination of an jung boy.
    To..
Mother Gaia sends spores to scare away the intruders.
    Over..
The last Druid tribe telepathic scaring away three kids to stop them hurting the forest.
    Anyway…
Thanks to Facebook, I could contact my colleague who was there at the time. We hadn't had any contact with each other for at least 10 years at that point.
I send him the link to this episode with my phone number to call me after.
Less than an hour later we were crying together on the phone.
I've always been someone who felt that our universe has more to offer than we think we know. Society always calls me a dreamer my whole life.
But at this point...I become a knower. 😎
Thanks you for your work, keep going friends. ❤️

I’m a long time listener and finally, I get my opportunity to contribuite in a meaningful way, because I’m Romanian and I’ve hunted/hiked in most parts of the country. I’ve also had plenty of encounters with brown bears and I would say I’m decently equipped to speak on the subject matter. What I’m about to say will have many of my fellow Romanians disagree with me, but I would say the disagreement is based on the desire for the mysterious to be true rather than objective fact. In my opinion Romania’s ecosistem would NOT be able to sustain such a large animal. Brown bears have been making a comeback, it’s true, but unfortunately that comeback is reliant on interaction with people. The brown bears found in Romania are much smaller than their American counterparts and their relationship with humans is similar to that of black bears. There is estimated to be around 8000 bears in Romania, and there have been 160 reported direct conflicts between bears and people in 2023. Sightings…in the thousands. So you have roughly 60x less bears than the US but more conflict. You can find them in the dumpsters of major cities every day of the week, just a month ago a friend of mine chased one with his car. All that means a certain amount of their population rely on people to survive. There are 11 bears on ever 60 sqm of woods. There lies the problem, the reality is there is no untouched wilderness left in Romania, and although bears have made a comeback, there are barely any deer, wolves or boars left. In the part of the country where I live boars have been driven to extinction, which is a hard thing to do.
As for what we can see in this video, I would say a post production modification, maybe without Les’s knowledge. Les has been known to involve himself with Bigfoot hoaxers in the past, so I wouldn’t put it past him or his team to pull off such an Easter egg. It also looks a bit 2015 CGI if I do say so myself.

Sure its eyes open, the wind is moving the leaves ever so slightly. Just watch all the other flora at the same distance. That opening just happens to have the right shape for a silhouette. Exactly like the story you said except in the house in the middle of the night when everyone was sleeping. An extremely loud tee kettle type sound that shook and ended like the snap of a whip. Everyone in the house got up and checked around to see what it was but could only find a mysterious puddle of water in the dining room and had no idea how the water had gotten there. They said there was nothing around that could have caused it. It seemed like a mystery that would never be solved, but maybe just maybe… it was a temporal distortion or portal.

I think something to that effect is going on in this footage; it's just a mass of sticks and leaves and rocks and whatever else that from that specific angle just happen to look similar to a popular depiction of a bigfoot. You can kind of see, whenever Les rocks forward or backward a little bit, the blob also stretches and morphs in relation.

@@OfficialFedHater The smell people are referring to in some Sasquatch encounters is almost certainly a musk that most great ape species secrete for communication purposes. If a silverback gorilla doesn’t want you to come near him there will be an awful smell that will hit you before you even see him. So, safe to say when people describe a smell it’s likely because the Sasquatch is in an antagonistic mood. Or possibly just a lone specimen that has poor hygiene, I’m sure that happens sometimes too, apes are very, very smelly creatures overall. But the musk theory is most plausible by far in regards to explaining the smell associated with some encounters. Only about 15% of encounters describe a smell, which would make sense if only males produced it & only when they were in a particularly bad mood, feeling threatened or just aggressive in general.

One of the most interesting aspects of these absolutely gargantuan creatures in my opinion, is just how MAGNIFICENTLY camouflaged they are in their surroundings. It's ALL TOO COMMON for people to be screwing around, filming or snapping pics while they are on these outings, only to discover later after pouring over the images and footage, that there was one of these majestic beasts RIGHT there among them, but was so well camouflaged that no one had a clue as it occurred in real time. @@baneverything5580 Had a few odd encounters in my life as well... which is silly, because so many people have *none* and here I am with about five.
The only Sasquatch related story I have (and it could absolutely have been someone messing with me, or just super angry with me, or even a loosed rock from a small slide) is:
I used to drive Tractor Trailer across the country. I only made it up into Oregon and Washington State a couple of times. Lot of 'goat trail' roads out there. I pulled off to do a brake check and rest for a bit, and then felt the call of nature.
So, out to the edge of the woods I went, maybe fifteen feet or so since other people used that area. It was on the side of a mountain, and I'm facing all this greenery and there's a hillside about, I dunno, forty feet away from me? As I was watering the local flora, a rock the size of my fist went *zipping* past my head and banged into the tree just behind me and to my left.
I nolonger felt the need to do anything but zip, turn, and book it back to my rig, whereupon I rapidly departed.
At the time I was thinking, "Okay, okay, you made your dang point, I'm out of here!" Thinking back on it, it very well could have been something explainable (like a rock sliding free, bouncing down that hillside and popping up and sailing past my dome-- weirder stuff has happened).

Yes. There were thick bushes about 10 feet away that were 8 or 10 feet high off the road, probably huckleberry bushes, and a slope, but huckleberries ripen much earlier in the year. This was in the fall during dove hunting season. My friend was growled at on the other road by one of these things through the woods to my right and the growl I heard was to the left of me. It seemed very close but I saw nothing and ran. Jeffrey was already in the truck with the doors locked scared half to death. There are no animals in this state that make the sound we heard. It sounded like a giant creature. @@airthrowDBT

I really appreciate that you can present something like this and readily admit to the likelihood that it's pareidolia (or some other non-cryptid thing), while also being someone who argues in favor of Bigfoot-type creatures potentially existing. Not enough people in this world are willing to look at a thing from both sides like that. They may research their own position very well, but often they'll neglect the opposing argument simply because it's not what they believe (and that goes for anything, not just cryptids). I keep coming back to your channel in part because you present compelling evidence for Bigfoot's existence, but also because you'll say "or maybe [this other scenario] is what really happened." The best evidence can stand up to that kind of scrutiny.

Is this a joke? It's obviously light coming through the trees. That'ds why it looks bigger with exposure. And what you think Bigfoot has eyes like Venom? There's a reason why you see the "eye" blinking with the movement of the trees lol.
