The one issue I see within Gnosticism (I am one myself), is the individual's problem with conflating the empowerment thru gnosis with the ego and ultimately it turns into a power trip of self righteousness.
The only true authority is the Authority of Truth. All change for the better begins at the still point of silence - simply being aware of being aware.(Gnosis).
