What's up Fellow Collectors!! Today we will be taking a look at the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2022 SDCC PREMONITION of a PREMUTATION Cartoon Box Set, by NECA. This was released at this years San Diego Comic Con and was made available on the NECA Store page for a few minutes during the Con, so I was lucky enough to grab one at that time. This is the 4-pack of Splinter, Baxter, Bebop and Rocksteady before they were mutated into their current animal forms in the cartoon. Is this a must pick up? We Shall See.
