Well done my sisters. Your team obviously is in the BUILDING STAGE. Individually Bay FC. has what it takes to win matches, the victories will come, I encourage both of you to be patient. What I observed with Bay is a lack of Ordered Play in the LAST THIRD of the pitch. Seems the ladies carry the game that far, and give the opportunity away every time because the ball did not get to the #9 or the attacker on hand to slide it in. If a midfielder cannot touch the 3 sides of the post from outside the 18-yard box during training, why should that player think she can score on match day shooting from outside the box? I see a lot of individualism in the play, which is normal, as each player tries to prove they belong to BAY FC. BAY will do better if the ladies let the opponents and the ball do the Running. That way this team will enjoy the experience and quality of its strikers.....with goals.
