- Hey friends! We just celebrated Blaze’s first birthday a few weekends ago and I’m so excited to share with you his party prep & decor for his wild one first birthday party! I hope this provides so much first birthday party inspiration for an affordable first birthday! I was absolutely obsessed with how everything turned out for this wild one theme! I had to customize most things to be blue because most of the color schemes for this theme were black and gold, but it all came together so nicely! I will link everything I bought for you down below! I’m doing a wild one in August of this year. I’m trying to do a forest/where the wild things are theme. I also didn’t want to do the black and gold that’s what I see everywhere for that theme. I’m doing greens like sage and forest greens and browns tones from wood with a bit of gold mixed in. I was trying to kind of match the colors from his newborn photoshoot. I found some shiplap peel and stick wallpaper non damaging to the walls and I saw where people cut the planks out and use them as trees I was thinking about using greenery and balloon garland for the tops of the trees. I’m hoping I can get it all together and make it look nice just like your party! It looks so good😊

Simply Mel Your so sweet to notice I’ve been gone! Haha I just had to reset my life lol YT just takes so much and I had to just reprioritize! It’s late nights for me to edit now 😜 but that’s okay! So glad to be back! And I’m trying to catch up on everyone’s videos in the next few days! Girl sammeeee I was sooo stressed planning this! My advice is start looking at Pinterest now so that you can order everything with plenty of time. I got so stressed trying to pick everything perfectly that I ordered two weeks out which caused even more stress 💆🏼♀️ definitely check out those Etsy shops too!
