I lived in Springfield for almost a decade. Very friendly people, nice parks, and the most wonderful church I have ever been a member of: St. Peter's Episcopal Church on Buckingham Street. I left Springfield to move closer to family. I enjoyed your video. Thank you!
You started in East Forest park, went through the south end, then downtown and into the northend. Arent Masshole drivers just lovely lol. Thanks fir visiting my hometown.
I wonder if you did East Boston, Charlestown and/or the Roxbury Neighborboods of Boston or Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine yet. I heard you're back in the South for the Winter, but I just wanted to know if those videos are coming (as well as the rest of NYC and parts of the Mid-Atlantic as well).
Pretty much all I had time to get in Boston but there’s some Maine and NH coming and of course I couldn’t leave NYC without filming the most important parts of the city. All coming in the next couple months. Stay tuned 👍
downtown near mgm during the day its mostly fine. keep to yourself and just walk down the street and you're good. 16 acres near WNEC is actually quite nice; my grandparents used to live there and have a lot of very fond memories. Go down the street tho towards AIC or south near the X and it gets bad quick. Just like any other big city, there's both good and bad areas.
Been living here for over 20 yrs and I've never ever encountered any type of danger. I guess it depends the kind of person you're and what type of crowd you hang around with.
@@ItaAndyOfficial Its just what area you are in. some areas are high crime and extremely dangerous, some aren't so bad. But in the end the troubles that rise and fall with the tides will eventually overtake any city that the tide rolls upon. Its inevitable. but I work in Springfield and grew up in Holyoke. No matter how safe it seems the danger is a legitimate real problem. Its not Just who you hang around with, but its also if they come to you. That danger can come and end your life as a joke in any moment. Springfield it's our city it has it all. People who don't like it, are people who live for trouble or like to hang with the wrong crowd. What can you expect from people like that? Ive been living in Springfield for over 20 yrs and I love it! Got my car, my wife, a great paying job, my apartment, what else can I ask for? Never ever ever had any problems living here. As for Puerto Rico it might be a nice place to visit and disconnect, but for living? I don't recommend it at all...way to many set backs.
Nice little tour video of downtown Springfield, MA. The area you started off in on upper Longhill Street is Forest Park Heights, one of the nicest, if not the nicest areas in all of Springfield. It's on the west end of Sumner Avenue and half surrounded by beautiful Forest Park itself. Very historic neighborhood also. Here's what it looks like, if you or anyone else is interested: th-cam.com/video/Bg6QZsoSlZE/w-d-xo.html&ab_channel=Paul%27sPortal Great channel of exploration travel videos. Keep up the good work Mike!
I live in Easthampton which is 15 minutes north of Springfield and it's very artsy and vibrant just like my neighboring city which is Northampton known as Hamp, Noho, and The Paradise City.
Thank you for a ride down memory lane. Makes me appreciate and love living in California.
Thank you for staying in California. We appreciate it.

@Paulo, you're crazy as hell
I watch lots of your videos!! You made it to my home 🙂 not much of a city, good enough to raise family.
At the end of the day that’s one of the most important things when deciding where to live.

Don't worry, we don't need you
CITY without a soul... no people walking in the slide walks...
People nowadays unfortunately barely walk lol but it really depends on the time of year and around what time of the day haha
If you live in the western mass area you know to stay away from this garage of a city
I live outside of Springfield and I am in and out of it all the time. It's not that bad.
