The CRK action isn't a result of washers vs bearings, it's the product of extreme lockbar pressure. If you go the aftermarket clip route, just bite the bullet and get the $70 milled deep carry Lynch clip. It's expensive, but not overpriced IMO. It's more worth $70 than the alternatives are worth ~$30, again though just my opinion. Even though I've been through the whole CRK catalog (a few times) and told myself I'm done buying new ones (a few times), I'll be getting a tanto umnumzaan in Magnacut when I can find one. Their tanto grind is great.
Only took 5 minutes to get to the knife the video is all about..... I truly believe you’d have more views if you didn’t over explain everything just a piece of advice. I legit had to fast forwards through half your video to get to the point. Great knife though. Enjoy it
Not sure if you’ve realized but you can literally fast forward to wherever, whenever as you please. So him talking for longer than you’d like should never be an issue if over a TH-cam video.
@@rgor_8418 yea, thanks for the heads up. I tend to like to watch folks hard work from start to finish, not just jumping around back and forth. Kinda like in life, ya might just miss something…..

Eventually everyone (mostly) gets over the high speed low drag stuff and goes towards more basic designs that work.
Nice Guy Machine Co. makes the best looking milled clip in my opinion, it looks so good they sold out in about 1 minute and I missed it lol.
Ill check it out
