Now as far as poster boy for the E in 2017 it's mostly RR all day!!!The wwe wants to give you the appearance that the good vs bad guy dynamic does or doesn't exist any more well this is how I see SD live it's mostly inbetweeners: Styles, Char, Randy & Breeze-Dango vs heels: KO, Usos, Corbin with a few clear cut faces mixed in: Sami, Nikki, Alpha & Nakamura. Raw needs to adopt this similar formula maybe it would be a lot more digestible for 3 plus hours weekly.
As a former wrestling fan and current MMA fan, there is a surging number of fighters with all the talent to win in the octagon and no idea how to market themselves. A guy like cornette could lend his wisdom to some of those guys, change their careers for the better and possibly change the whole industry
If that's true then you should be seeing the cycle repeat itself. Remember, one time long ago "wrestlers" fought(minus closed fist punching) but figured out they could make it look like they were killing each other without actually doing it and still make the same amount of money. The UFC will go the same route over time. You can already see the pro wrestling influences creeping in since the WME acquisition. Complete with squash match booking like McGregor v Cerrone not too long ago.

Raw needs to adopt this similar formula maybe it would be a lot more digestible for 3 plus hours weekly.

As a former wrestling fan and current MMA fan, there is a surging number of fighters with all the talent to win in the octagon and no idea how to market themselves. A guy like cornette could lend his wisdom to some of those guys, change their careers for the better and possibly change the whole industry
If that's true then you should be seeing the cycle repeat itself. Remember, one time long ago "wrestlers" fought(minus closed fist punching) but figured out they could make it look like they were killing each other without actually doing it and still make the same amount of money. The UFC will go the same route over time. You can already see the pro wrestling influences creeping in since the WME acquisition. Complete with squash match booking like McGregor v Cerrone not too long ago.
