Hi Laura, did your doc, as mine tried to, put you on hormones to counter your hot flashes? It seems to now be widespread knowledge that this leads to early dementia, which is mostly had by women! These hormones (Primeran) derived by pregnant horses whose babies get chopped up after birth! My mom's doc severely over medicated her with this plus her thyroid meds as VON saw upon their blood test. Good to be informed!

Some people have very hard times during their pregnancies and some women still pass away giving birth, 2 friends who had C-sections asked me if I was still as tight (imagine, thought never even entered my mind) afterwards (after 1 stitch/birth/
I guess so...) Do you know that, docs in the know, better educated now, that after a baby has gone through a C-section will rub mom's goo on it for better health, it's a thing, my husband was appalled cuz he's a DH! 🙆 🙂 The hospital 🏥 can/or used to/sell your after birth to the cosmetics industry, also a thing, how do I know? My hairdressing teacher said to ask for yours and give yourself a great facial 😝!

The fishy gummies are sooooo good! They are by the brand “smart sweets.” A small business that massively grew. My favourite is the red fish (Swedish fish) & the gummy worms! They are healthy, 3 g of sugar in 1 bag. A little pricy, but worth it.

One day, fed-up I told them I'd be calling the cie and telling them to stop making red ones, upon looking at the container's fine print I saw they were made in Germany with no phone number (no e-mail address either as it was yrs back. Do you remember the Smartees TV contest? Spot the red one? I entered but..... I still buy my son UK ones at Xmas!

It's sad what we, as women, go through during our pregnancies. I've not had a blood test in 25 yrs., I got poked and prodding enough! In '98 my obstetrician asked my permission to do an AIDS test, ok by me, he'd be wasting his time though, his manner was appalling in such that hubby probably was a 2-timer as, you know, they all were and we'd never be the wiser!

They keep on talking without giving much information on how to manage :(
I got it at 38 weeks, external. What my Indian doctor suggested
    1. Sleep with legs elevated (put pillow under bed)
    2. Take laxative
    3. Apply Lidocaine numbing cream if it’s unbearable
    4. Tylenol only if pain is too much
    5. Not to strain on potty
    6. The best advice that worked for me was, complete bed rest for 2 days . Don’t sit or stand for more than 30 mins.
    7. Drink loads of water and eat fiber rich food
    8. Use water n mild soap to clean after potty to prevent infection
    9. Warm baths. Not to sit on sitz bath for more than 5 mins
    10. I was put on low dose antibiotic and given sulphur based ointment to apply as well
