for air sim i use the cannons on the ground targets and save the mavericks for air targets, even if they dont hit, people tend to see smoke and spam flares
oh yea, albeit i have to use the mavericks to shoot down the SPAAs first, cuz those can snipe you to hell... specially the SIDAMs and the Gepards
@@Bob_Dickinson true especially since the a10 is so slow and a missile and flak magnet, but at least we got 480 flares no afterburner, but dodging those aa bullets can be hard

Do you play with stick in simulator? If so, I'm the first clip of the video, how the hell did you take off so easily every time I take off with every plane I try to take off with it'll pull tk the left or the right while I'm trying to take off, how am I able to correct it, and stay straight while trying to take off? I have a tflight hotas 4 with no pedals, I'm wanting to get some pedals but for the time being how am I able to take off smoothy, also loved this vid gave subscribed and liked !
nah man, i cant have a HOTAS IR tracker or VR or anything, i just play with mouse and keyboard. Ok so here;s a thing, you gotta set your trims, rudders and left/right wheel brakes will also help you out. use rudder to control ur aircraft while taking off , in props its MUCH harder to stablize the aircraft. i my self use trims to slowly stablize my aircraft cuz i dont have a Stick or HOTAS at all

I wish your explained how to use the GBU-8s because they don't seem to work for me
GBU-8s are similar to the mavericks, except you gotta drop them like bombs, not that accurately but still enough that they can guide themselves with more precice

Its not a voice changer. I recorded it on my dad's wakie talkie, then filtered it on adobe audition. Then to premiere pro.

@@Bob_Dickinson yep np, it looks like a good heli but it’s missles are painfully slow and I think it has access to some Spike sort of thing, could you research it
Just my point of vies, but if I want to play sim I would just go to DCS of VTOL VR, DCS is a way better sim in my mind(yet expensive as each plane is basiclly a new game) while VTOL just hit different when you need to push each button with your hands
I love war thunder mostly becase of the acrade-ish aie combat gameplay and the tanks
I do love to do full sim with DCS aswell... but the problem is that... i dont have the money, and i want to play sim with propper sim controls, as of now i just simply cannot do it. WT is a nice place to start, a place where the viewers can also try out the sim along side the content that they are watching.
I just sim0ly dont have the money for VR nor my country is civilized enough to understand the concept of track IR. let alone thrustmasters n stuff

Oh nah my country is toi un civilized to understand what track IR is. And fliggt sticka here are expensive. Sooo yea im using mouse only.
@@Bob_Dickinson so where do you bind your keys if one hand is on the stick (don't take out of context) and the other on the mouse? wouldn't you have to let go of one of the two to use your keyboard?
right so i do precise movement with mouse, i also use WASD, but once intence Dogfight comes in and the neemy goes out of my View, i will use my thumb to hold C for look around, i do my turning with WASD and my look around with mouse. once the target is in front of me i shoot it down, it might be hard and you can already see alot of problems with it... but hey, it works xD

Who the fuck puts 2 cannons under the A10? Like at that point you are aiming at killing your enemy by psycological impact.

Ive yet to see a mig 15 or a sabre that could shoot me down or dogfight properly... most of them crash :(
[EDIT]: i did try out the French F8E... its amazing but it has no flares so that can be a problem

@@Bob_Dickinson im asking because i play the f4s in sim with a stick and vr but i never got too deep in mastering
i have to say the F4S is by far one of my favorite phantoms out of all of them, if u learn how to understand the flight model its gonna be amazing, cuz phantoms never rely on their dogfighting performance, even the F4S. its a multi role afterall and you can use its amazing radar and Sparrows to Yeet ppl from the face of the Earth! i will make a video on it eventually
@@Bob_Dickinson i feel the same, when i got the F4s i made a huge leap going from 7.0 to 11.3 and at first is that i sucked hard at it, but once i learned how to use the phantoms strengths it is virtually impossible to not get at least 2 kills in RB, its a my favorite phantom and a plane that i think honestly can handle itself well in 11.3 despite what people say.

What is your setup for playing sim?
mouse and keyboard, nothing else, and a 42 inch TV iguess
@@Bob_Dickinson how do you fly the aircraft? When I play sim, I always have the little circle in the middle
yea you need to go to settings(Simulator Controls) and then Controls mode for simulator Mode. change it from mouse joystick to releative controls. then u can also control the thing with the mouse. its amazing honestly
