It'll probably be fixed soon. They probably didn't intend for it to not be multiplayer only

This was an amazing trailer, really well-done!! Robert Irwin did a great job honestly, his delivery was spot-on for the tone of the visuals. And all the shots are beautiful. Great job to everyone who put this together, and congrats to the devs on a huge milestone!
This is so fcking amazing, you made me feel like in a documentary, animals behaving naturally, no KOS, no mixpacks. I would like there to be global events on the map, quest in which you have to migrate a certain number of dinosaurs of the same species.
IF ONLY THE GAME WAS ACTUALLY LIKE THIS!
and not have like....quests that gives you little growth after spending 2 hours on it.

@@theprehistorichubert9448 Ofcourse I acknowledge the positives the game has. The models, other than some clear stand outs, are pretty solid and Gondwa does look nice. Don't know how it's ranting when I share what I dislike about something. Quit acting like any sort of critisism is an act of terrorism and grow a spine. I can't even play The Isle right now b/c it crashes on the loading screen. PoT is my most played and I want to see it improve, but that's not gonna happen when dumbasses like you keep cockblocking any sort of feedback that would make the game better.

I have no words, this is just gorgeous. The new water environment looks amazing, and I cant wait to fly around while exploring the map! Its gonna be so much fun to play and record new videos with friends. I can only thank you for making my- or should I say our- childhood dream come true!

Still has the most boring leveling/growing system out of any game I can think of. I really hope they make it so you don't have to collect acorns for hours. They picked fetch quests as the primary way to level... the thing almost universally hated in games.
@@TheMagicalWizardPyro ikr, spending hours collecting literal acorns is not how I want to spend my time but I mean from the beginning back like when there was no growth and skins were like 50 marks each and the scariest thing ever was a spino and talons point

God, this makes me love this game and the realism servers that the community has. This trailer seems to be straight out of a documentary, no over the top scenes with dinosaurs fighting to the death…. Just animals doing animal things such as diving for fish in flocks, or breaching out of the water like dolphins, or just moving in herds.

I really like your game but can y’all please make it where the growth system is natural and I don’t have to pick up pine or flowers all the time I just want to grow and try to survive that’s all it’s funnier that way. make it to where the only way to unlock skins are missions not growth please 😁🙏
The isle exists you know
Just play a community server with passive growth
as somebody already pointed out, there's lots of community servers with passive growth that you can play on.
the game is an MMORPG, of course it has quests. it's entirely up to you if you do them or not. you can even disable them if you prefer that. :)
@@Rexxui yeahhh….but that kind of feels lazy and most of the time when you log out of community servers you don’t know where you were last and then have to do a other one all over again but in multiplayer you don’t have to really do that it save it and you play
Yes, growth needs to be fixed. It's a much better experience to be able to choose to AFK, enjoy a sandwich or something, & come back to see you've made progress, instead of "oh, right, more chores for measly amounts of growth." I know community servers exist, but the devs need to realize that they need to heavily improve the growth system.

This is truly spectacular! After 2 years of waiting, from the small testing area with only a couple small dinosaurs to play as, to this gigantic new map along with brand new types of creatures to survive as, it truly shows how far the Path of Titans dev team has come.

WAIT IT'S OUT?!
The absolute best dinosaur game out there to play rn. Full customizability of servers, wonderful realistic skin selection, and constant updates/ new content. The devs put serious love into this game and their community. They handle it professionally and have put the other dino sim games on the market to shame. I am so glad this is an option as I have fully converted from BoB over to PoT! I cant wait for nesting to come out! Thank you so much for this phenomenal update!
Herds migrating, families, actual hunting for survival, defending territories and more..
So many amazing things gameplay _could_ be.
Yet here we are, survival isn't a struggle or challenge, but a long, unrewarding grind.

an _arcade_ game?
Devs, please tell us that you know what you want this game to become. Even the grandest, most amazing updates won't prevent the current problems getting bigger and bigger. I'd hate to see this game - that has such amazing potential - end up like The Isle.
(P.S. sry for rant just seeing this trailer knowing that nothings gonna change besides a new map to collect nuts in and 2 new playables + so many non-true gameplay aspects is worrying)
The community servers:
The point of this game isn't to have anything complex. Not only is this game still not polished to the fullest of potential but we have COMMUNITY SERVERS! A small part of the community just wants to kos and do things you don't like. If not, the game would lose a great fraction of it's players because not everyone wants anything serious. Just join a community server, I can send you all the links to many servers I'm in. You want to migrate? You want fair game? Ask me, I will gladly supply you. I'm not saying I KOS, anytime I play POT, I go to the semi-realism or realism servers because I don't want to get folded every 5 seconds.
@@cherrycherry9015 The poblem with community servers is that they're unreliable when it comes to population numbers and saved data accounts. This doesn't excuse the devs or the core base of their game being an unrewarding, boring and grindy slog as it is.
