Little motivation story: At 19 I took a psychedelic once to help with past trauma (nothing else worked am pretty responsible of a person) an ended up with a kundalini awakening. Realized oneness, connection with cosmos and lost my sexuality an was in nirvana (new brain chemical makeup I assume) also way faster speed of thinking, but months later I got off day after day after day (not knowing anything about this this is what past me did) an the flow went downwards an experienced what they call kriyas (involuntary body shaking). Am now 20 on the path to get the flow back up. It's a real phenomena not superstition and 100% worth it. The heart and above chakras of the brain become way stronger like as if your brain is on steroids, the part of you that is human is way stronger while the animal kingdom vastly decreases with loss of agitation for a erotic pleasure or food taste or even us vs them tribalism realizing oneness. You get a different type of high just by contemplation and love a lot easier becoming more angel/philosopher like (which would transform civilization if more people went through this process). And what you said at the end, I completely agree with. These are golden nuggets the avatars like Jesus Christ and Buddha were sharing. Let's put it simply. There are a selection of key hacks or practices, which are really just how we're meant to be living, and when we remember them and re-enshrine them, it raises our consciousness and power. The reason we are in a fallen state collectively is because we have been conditioned or brainwashed to do the opposite of what nature intended for us to easily attain a pristine state of mind, physical vitality, and a feeling of connectedness with all that is. Have to get on a specific diet for couple weeks also get off meds an consider current-past medical conditions, an even a genetic susceptibility to schizophrenia/psychosis (some say that happens cause people take too large of a dose as a beginner idk for sure more research must be done). Shrooms I hear are the safest an much research is happening on them. Don't rush into it if you think you've done your research do it over an over to be safe. I did it cause I had treatment resistant depression for almost a decade an was willing to take the risk.
