Kafoople Land hey girl! Thank you so much! Luckily my voice healed and I haven’t lost it since then, but I’ve been using a headset microphone when it starts to feel sore-super helpful!
Try drinking hot lemonade ( hot water and lemon juice)with a teaspoon of honey...
