Immaculate. Best bike I ever had - well I had more fun on it, and have fonder memories. The front brake was a stopper. It had a deep lacquer on the tank : one could polish it for ages, and what a lovely riding position. We did 300 miles to the lake district. Mind you the seat felt a bit thin on the way home.
Your bike is in beautiful condition, and of coarse, a beautiful bike. Fond memories for me too, as I'd the same bike in 1978, and it was a 1971 model. Sadly I don't have a single photo of it, so it's great to see your wee video. Thanks for the memories. Ash, south of Edinburgh
I had this year and model in 1974. Bought it while travelling and working in New Zealand. Managed to avoid hitting any sheep! Great country. Good times on two wheels.
I bought a used one in 1979 for $50. Something was screwy about the compression so it wouldn't run unless I took the baffles out of the exhaust pipes. It sounded like a low flying plane.

Thanks for the video of barking dogs. Very nice.
It's always good to rev your engine, especially when it's cold !
LOL! My Goldwing runs for 5 minutes before it gets off idle...

I had the same in 1973 when I got my driver's license. A great bike.
Bought the exact model new in 1972 at a cost of £250 which was a fair bit of money back then.
Jesus, feed the dogs
