I know it's an extra step, but do you think using any kind of screen record with the caption would be a work around? Apple and Droid has screen record for mobile, and if recording in canva on your phone, just screen record the video. Same with desktop. (Loom, zoom, snipping tool)..etc
Absolutely, yes. Use the "Projects" tab once in the Canva Editor, find your presentation and add the pages you want to your current project. Alternatively, you can also open both presentations in 2 different tabs, copy the slides in the first preso and paste them in the second.
Just a thought but you could play your video with captions and screen record it through Canva… then you’d have a video with captions… at least I feel like that would work.

I agree. They’ve been there for a few months. Not very useful, and frustrating to use (have to delete all animation to “undo”) but I guess they’re trying! they feel like going to MS Word to use “Word Art”. Excited to see where they go from here.

Like I explained in the video, we can't edit the captions at this stage.
