Eh! I listened today to this video and checked with the Canva mockup. Canva did listen to you and I noticed we can now change the color of the t-shirts which is a great future for personal brands. I also did not see the smart mockup in my Canva free account, so It looks like Canva took it off at least from the free accounts. Great work my man and my God richly reward you for you for your great work. Really appreciate.
Yes indeed! Canva added this feature a few month ago, we talked about it in a What’s Hot episode. With regards to finding Smartmockups as a free user, it’s from the homepage > Apps > Smartmockups.

I always watch to the end 🤩 Quick question - How do whiteboards compare to something like Milanote? I messed around with a whiteboard quickly one day, but I quickly gave up. On the other hand, I have used Milanote a lot. Am I missing something that allows me to use the whiteboard functionality in the same way? I'd rather do it all in Canva...

Thanks again for making this canva digest! A lot of smaller, new updates, but yet very handy. Today I needed to create a button for a Google site. We have a logo created by a real good designer, so I wanted to reuse that style. Alas, no such brand kit yet. Then I remembered your posts. I uploaded the logo at the brand kit screen. Bang! Brand kit perfectly suggested and created. Then off to the button. Suddenly there was an AI button to upload something. Our logo again of course. Nice result. Then some tweaking with the new brand kit and it was just perfect in a jiffy. So thanks for all these posts. Always picking up something useful here.

It's already available for video document types, Canva said that it will soon be available to all doc types via the "duration" button. If you simply want to access the different layers of your projects, you can already do so, via the "Position" button > "Layers" 😉
Thanks for sharing those new features Ronny - I appreciate the time you put into educating us with these videos - you have introduced me to many Canva features which I may not otherwise have been aware of. Regarding audio features - 1) do you think Canva would be bringing in a 'star' feature in the audio section - sometimes when I make a video and I am searching for the right piece of audio I come across other audio pieces which I might like to use at another time but I don't think I can 'star' it to be able to find later. 2) it would be good to be able to search other audio pieces by the same artist by clicking on the artist's name... Hey there Gail 👋 Thanks for sharing your thoughts with me I'm glad you learned some new things watching our tutorials! Regarding your Qs: 1) I don't know if this is something Canva is working with. And I agree with you, starring Audio clips will be highly useful. An alternative for now, would be to use a document to store all your favorite audio clips. You can add up to 50 audio clips to a document, so it gives you a bit of room to create that "favorite" doc. Then every time you need your audio effects/clips, all you need to do is to import that document to your current project via the "Projects" tab. 2) I agree with you. I guess the reason why Audio behaves in a different way in Canva is because it is fetched from an external library "Epidemic Sound". Let's hope Canva finds better ways to integrate Audio and Music in the future.🤞
Do you have any videos showing hot to slice different images into letter? I have seen several showing putting one images into letters. I’m looking for one that you can put several images into one letter. Example if I wanted to put plaid, plain and design all into one letter adjusting them into one letter????? I still have one question, though: which technique do you use when you zoom in and out for showing a detail in the screen (a button for instance)? I searched and viewed dozens of videos, but I cant find the answer.
Hi Rene, Thanks for your kind words. Our video editors create these zoom/highlight effects manually in Premiere Pro ... Unfortunately, there's no easy feature to do that in Canva so far.

Make sure you are using the right account. It might just be a question of switching to the right one. If not, get in touch with Canva via their Help Center.
I just tried it in Chrome and as soon as I click on a color with the color picker it doesn't change. It stays white. I have even tried it with solid colors and it doesn't work.@@TeamRonDi
Hello, Rony! I love Canva! I’m making a newsletter and when I paste the text into Canva, the sentences cut in the middle, and in disorder. I tried it with Word and the same happens in Google Sheets. Then I have to go sentence by sentence to fix it. What am I doing wrong?

I just tried it in Chrome and as soon as I click on a color with the color picker it doesn't change. It stays white. I have even tried it with solid colors and it doesn't work.@@TeamRonDi

Hello, Rony! I love Canva! I’m making a newsletter and when I paste the text into Canva, the sentences cut in the middle, and in disorder. I tried it with Word and the same happens in Google Sheets. Then I have to go sentence by sentence to fix it. What am I doing wrong?

Try holding your cmd+shift key when you do your paste. This allows you to get rid of the formatting.
