Glad to see you guys back. The music episode was fun to listen to as well, but I'm happy you're covering Star Wars again. I'm excited for The Skeleton Crew. A discord is also something I'm excited for (just letting you know).
Yay! Thanks Borre - we’re happy to be back after a much needed break! I’m really looking forward to covering skeleton crew and reading about what you think!
Long have I waited for both your return! I didn’t really mind the trailer music, as long as it’s just in the trailer or maybe in one of the credits and not in the show itself I don’t have a problem with it. The show still seems like it’s going to be a fun time and I can’t wait!
So I MIGHT feel the way Royce felt about the music IF it was in the show itself. That would be jarring and feel off to me. I don't think I would like that or it would at least take me a lot of getting used to. THAT SAID- If it's just in the trailer or for promotional reasons or even the end credits like if they did a different '80s song, in the end credits of every episode just in Huttese and rearrange it in a very synth Star Wars way, I would love that. I think it works phenomenally well as far as setting the tone and feel of the show. And as long as it's not in the show itself, which I honestly believe that it won't be, I'm all for it...
I’m intrigued to see if they use it. And for what this might mean for SW treatments going forward. The songs in the credits is an interesting idea! But YES, I’m looking forward to the show and just want it to be a good romp. Thanks so much for tuning in Johnny! That pfp is looking good 👀
I may be just as excited about the return of; "Krypton to Alderaan!" as I am about watching; "Skeleton Crew"!! 👍 The music was a little weird but the show looks great, from what I can tell, so far, knowing I'm also an old, crusty Star Wars fan lol not exactly the show's primary target audience demographic, myself. (Of course, I remember being similarly hopeful about; "The Acolyte," as well. Back then. Which, although somewhat disappointing, wasn't nearly as egregious as some have been saying, either.) (Now I'm rambling lol glad you're back, guys!) ✌️
Haha! We’re happy to be back and happy to see ya in the comment section! I’m pretty excited for this different kind of Star Wars that we’re going to get in skeleton crew. Obviously, I liked the acolyte a lot more than many others - so I’m riding a high of 2024 having produced A LOT of Star Wars content that I’ve loved! Keep it coming!
I loved Major Tom in Huttese! It is a vibe that was awesome. I am Gen X, so this hits for me. The original song is about sn astronaut stuck in space, who wants to go home. That Rocks song you are speaking about is not even the original and was offensive to me.
Peter Schillings Song Major Tom was my first musical love growing up. This instantly made me reminiscence my childhood and marked Skeleton Crew clearly as a kid´s show in my mind. Which I somehow suspect was on purpose. In so far...looks interesting.
Personally I’m a og fan, and it just feels like whoever decided to use Ewoks vs Wookiees in Return of the Jedi along with the Phinies and ferb crossover special is heading this project. Definitely Disney. And it smacks of “let’s make a version of the walking dead for kids.” It might be a fun cute show, but it’s not the show that this fan is looking for.
Hi! Thanks for tuning in to our episode. Im also an OG fan, but a fan of most of the new “Disney Star Wars”, as well. I’m pretty sure George Lucas chose to go with Ewoks and not Wookiees in ROTJ 🤷 And I’m seeing more of ET/Goonies/classic Amblin vibes (classically Lucas/Spielberg) than walking dead. So I’m excited to see a new, fun, “kids on an adventure” story in the Galaxy I love. I hope you enjoy it too!
babe wake up, a new KTA video just dropped
👀👀👀
We’re back! Thanks for tuning in Crystal!
Great to see you!
Loved the trailer fully - music and all. Looking forward to it!
Thanks so much! We’re happy to be back! We’re looking forward to it too - can’t wait to see the galaxy through the eyes of these kids on an adventure!
thanks guys your back

Thank you so much for tuning in, especially after our long break. We appreciate you!

This show looks like such a blast.
I agree! Thanks for tuning in!
