power refers to the ability to hit the ball hard. Strength refers to muscular strength including core stability and the ability to take a strong position while in a lunge. They're not the same thing.
strength is ability to produce high amounts of force, power is the ability to produce force quickly. they are two different things that are both essential for squash players. An example of the difference is Ali Farag vs Shorbagy. Farag is not as strong as Shorbagy however he makes up for it with his power
Thank you very much for posting these videos. I can't afford squash tv anymore so i have to rely on posts like this and you never disappoint. So thanks again
24:19 funny part where Joey talks about Shorbagy's attempted cross court nick which hits the ground and likens it a slam dunk but misses the back board and going straight into a building......#hilarious
Can someone explain the right/wrong line mentioned 56 minutes in? Should Gaultier have hit the ball as it passed him or should he have taken another path towards the back corner?
Greg was never going to play that ball on the volley, so his movement should have been behind Shorbagy. It wasn't entirely clear cut, as neither path to the ball was clean.
"El Shorbagy's very powerful but also strong as well". Commentary gold.
misquote.

Why didn't Elshorbagy returned Gaultiers serve at 46:41?
+Davi na I think he was no longer within the box
+Abhishek Balram He wasn't ready for the serve, hence the apologetic hand gesture.
Davi na i think bec. he wasnt ready yet
prolific spankers

1:32:20 bad decesion
Bit of a seesaw of a game, Gaultier needed to calm down a bit and keep his head
Great match! But god knows what gaultier starts doing when he is leading
Good Xmas gift !
audio is slightly ahead (less than half a second) of the video :(
The ref buried this game alive........ :(
Elshorbaghy may be an excellent player but he is cunning. Instead of calling him the beast of Alexandria he should be called the fox of Alexandria
"Of course I'm sweating because...well...that's just continual."
Mazzarella...so crooked
How can we ever expect squash to be an olimpic sport if players like shorbagy are allowed to get away with such swiping shenenigans?
