That looks great to me. When my daughter was young, she called them "dump-per-lings." Adorable. That's a great use for leftovers; I typically make eggrolls or soup if I have leftover chicken, but neither lasts long in our household.

Good blessed morning precious one 🌹I been craving a bowl of chicken and Pastry I've never had it with dumplings.It really gets cold in your neck of the woods I'm in N C thankfully not close to water nor the mountains.My husband didn't care for this type dish either BUT atleast your hubby can fix things mines didn't care for any type work like that not even to cutting the grass but he sure could clean that was his part time job.Have a joyful day my friend 🌹🥰
