@@Nomvd147 Drastically, was nowhere near the quality I know I could achieve if I just applied myself lmao but I graduated with a 2:1 so I'm happy! There were people who actually tried the entire time and got 2:1 so I think I did pretty well considering lol

I have been writing my thesis for about four months now and I can tell you it is a painful process. So, for those who can do it in a WEEK, I take off my hat to you, the true scholars🧑🎓
Girl, I'm doing engineering and this video just confused me even more. I never thought how different humanities and stem dissertations could be, but they be different. Anyone in stem, this isn't the video for you and it's absolutely impossible to do a dissertation in a week, especially if there's modelling or experiments involved. Give yourself at least a month/two months

I did it!! Not my best piece of work but got it done and completed in time (wrote my whole analysis and conclusion in 2 days 😲) It can be done!
And I got an overall 2:1 for my degree! I got a C grade for the dissertation but not bad for 2 weeks- there is hope people!

@@TNa-cp3bn I had to do 10-12k and ended up doing it in 3 sleepless days and nights 😂 it went well it was graded a first!!
@@TNa-cp3bn I had researched and written notes for over a year but actually writing the diss piece itself got left very late because I had a freak accident and broke my leg, no idea how I pulled it all off

I've had 4 deferrals. I've failed 2 literature reviews and I've only got until the 4th July 6pm to finish my entire disso. Oh. I haven't really done any research either. I got 1k worth of my reflective commentary done though.

I find it so difficult to get relevant readings as for some reason I can find very little to none on what I am actually looking for!

Same for me. My master thesis has 25000 words (although with table of contents, reference list etc but still... And I've done lab experiments for 7 months to gather the data for my excel diagrams).
