    Ahhhh i love this. Filming my breakfasts in a week would be hummus on toast with tomato x 7.
    My variety comes from lunch and dinner for sure but even that is make a meal - eat it as a leftovers for 2 days straight.

      Honestly this used to be me!!! It’s only until recently that I’ve been craving different breakfasts, I don’t know what it’s about as I’ve been an avid porridge eater for like the past decade lol but we’re going with it.

    This is a food for my soul! I've been getting so much information and knowledge from your Instagram and this just adds up to it.
    I'm doing intermittent fasting because it makes me feel good and it actually fits my schedule well with lockdown and everything. And sometimes my friend asks me for lunch so my first meal is not the breakfast meal so I make porridge for myself in the afternoon. I am still shocked how good it feels just to do anything that makes me feel great.
    In a few months I might not be able to do IF again, but that's okay! Everything is fine! Nobody can tell us what's good for us because only we can perfectly listen to our bodies!

You have such inspiring recipes yet I never felt any sort of pressure to copy what you are eating, I feel like this chanel has always been about intuitive eating but I am so happy you are shining light on this subject even more.     I’m so surprised as a holistic nutritionist you’re still eating wheat. I’ve been been with a holistic doctor and nutritionist and they highly recommend cutting that out of the diet for everyone. 💛💛💛 quinoa and white rice blends for pasta are DELICIOUS.

    i will admit that after some time of watching most of your videos, on my own food journey I had to take a break from many food bloggers content because I was diagnosed with BED and ultimately felt like my food choices and feelings about food were being heavily influenced by these what I eat in a ___'s. I was honestly on the train before most back in like 2014-15ish, and I actually regret how far the genre on TH-cam has gotten because I think a lot of people use it to actively promote diet culture in a way that could be harmful for young impressionable minds much like myself as a teen watching lots of veganism and fitness content on TH-cam. You've always been more responsible in my eyes with your platform, which I love! And I'm glad to see you back and doing better for yourself! looking forward to your future content

    I think this might be one of my favourite videos you've ever made. I loved this so much, thank you Nina. Since you mentioned on your Instagram about the huge ass scam that is "breakfast/lunch/dinner foods" my food life has been way better. Such a simple yet liberating concept. Eating pho for breakfast and pancakes for dinner is way more fun 🥳
